I was recommended by a friend to come to NJstateauto as they work with lower credit in the 500s and with low down-payment too seeing that I was struggling financially because of family issues and only had 500 to put down. Since I had been declined in other dealerships I was ok with getting an older vehicle to get by for now like a 2013 for under 7k but never was I expecting to drive out with a 2018 Honda! Nour my Salesman helped me out with the entire process and set me up with a payment plan with his manager and also helped me all the way even with insurance! Definitely ask for him and give NJstateauto a shot. It's worth it.

It's hard to give five stars when our rapport is still being built. But it's damn near close. NJ State Auto, especially Ritsi and Joe, are personable, patient, knowledgeable, and get right to the point respectfully, without beating around the bush. I look forward to seeing them again in the future

STAY AWAY! SAVE UR MONEY! GO ELSEWHERE! Absolutely terrible! I got conned as a first time buyer. They said they weren’t making hard inquires just checking my credit to see rates and ran hard inquires through 5 banks and hurt my credit by 100 points! Than they wouldn’t tell me how much my payments were gonna be until they got my signature on paper. No warranties on any vehicles. Now to the car - perfect on the outside everything seemed perfect - I’ve had the car 1 1/2 months and I’ve put 1300 miles on it and today EVERY SINGLE YELLOW LIGHT APPEARED ON MY DASH! All of them. Code P0304 - misfire in cylinder 4 - on top of that it had a faulty PCV Valve a week ago. They never checked the transmission fluid level, oil level was low when I left the lot. They know nothing about mechanics, they get it good enough to last you a month and than it craps out on you! I mean for crying out loud they’re charging me 28% interest &didn’t make me aware of it until AFTER I signed the dotted line although I asked 10x about all of this. I’m the idiot for even signing I know but moral of the story GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
