I contacted Hudson Auto Group (Subaru) about a used car. I spoke with Kimberli who was very personable and helpful in answering my questions. I wanted to get the “out the door” price before I came from NYC to New Jersey to see the car. Kimberli helped me get a detailed price and assured me that there were no more add on costs. I made an appointment to meet with Nyshia, Sales Dept., the next day. Shortly after, I received a call from Nyshia, introducing herself, confirming our appointment and offering to answer any questions. The next day I met with Nyshia to test drive and examine the car. Nyshia was extremely patient and helpful making sure all of my questions were answered. She even arranged for me to speak with one of the service mechanics, who also answered my questions. The costs associated with the car were exactly what was quoted to me over the phone. I decided to purchase the vehicle but did not take it that day. I went out of town the next day and arranged to pick up the car one week later. During the week I sent more questions to Nyshia which were answered quickly. On the day I picked up the car, I was picked up at the Amtrak station and brought to the dealer. All of the documents were finalized and I left with my car. Everyone that I interacted with at Hudson was pleasant and friendly. The environment was calm and without pressure. The price of the car was fair with no unreasonable fees. I would highly recommend working with Hudson Auto Group if you’re looking for a vehicle. They took care of me and I’m sure they’ll do the same for you.

Great buying experience with Bill. Tested a few used cars before deciding on a Subaru. Bill responded to all questions, texts and calls promptly and was patient through the whole process. He was personable and made the experience great! I will say that his supervisor wasn’t open to any price negotiations, but we are overall content with the price we paid.

I bought both of my cars at Hudson Subaru. The first oil change is free, and you can wait in the comfortable seating area. There are a ton of restaurants in the area ranging from pancakes to gourmet Italian food. Lincoln Park is across the street if you want to walk off some calories after brunch.

I crossed state lines to come to Hudson Auto Group to buy a car. Very knowledgeable and communicative sales team, with a good selection of different classes of the make I was interested in. Had a great experience and Manuel Garcia was a true professional & gentleman during negotiations. Thank you Manuel and Gary for my first Subaru!
