Amazing place to get your vehicle. Seth was outstanding and understanding when it came to customer care and all of the above. He even went as far as explaining all the fee’s and why they were added and recommended. If you’re going to get a car and your credit isn’t as so good . I recommend going to Hudson pre owned 100%. Seth got me in a car that is going to help my credit the most. I had a very low credit score and a repo on my record and they still made it work!! Easy process the sales representatives here like Seth are there to help. Just go in and tell them exactly what you want and they will make it happen. I 100% recommend getting your financed or leased vehicle from here. They have plenty of options also !

Went into Hudson Chrysler/Jeep just to look. I'm a jeep owner and my husband wanted me to look into getting a new car. We were serviced by Carmelo Macalindong. He did an exceptional job from beginning to end. We looked at a 2018 Jeep Compass. He gave us all the information necessary to make us want to consider going inside and start the process of possibly purchasing this vehicle. Once inside, we sat down to work the numbers, between Carmelo and the manager John G we arrived to a price that was within the budget we wanted. I took the Jeep for a ride with Carmelo, in which he continued to show me features of the car which validated my decision to buy! He's super knowledgeable which I appreciate in a salesperson. The process of purchasing is a long one but Carmelo made sure we were comfortable, everyone at Hudson offer a great level of service and hospitality. He made sure we had something to eat and continued to check in on us. After the deal he walked us to our new car and has continued to follow up with us on our purchase via phone. Came for an oil change and waited 3 1/2 hours just to get my car back and get home and see no oil was put in my car. In addition the technician left my engine cap off my vehicle which led to air getting in my engine and several engine lights turning on. This caused my car to start making unusual noises that it never made before. THE WORSE OIL CHANGE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. Luckily Gabe the supervisor attempted to make it better by giving me a few free oil changes for the discrepancy but I am highly skeptical of bringing my vehicle back here, the time before this they didn’t screw the cover for my oil pan correctly which caused damage to cover and I had to pay a separate mechanic to put it back on for me
