Tommy L made buying a new car a breeze. He is honest, easy going and attentive. We never felt pressured or rushed. He made the deal happen in less than an hour with a car I didn’t even go in looking for, but ended up loving! I went to Kia of Nashua on Tuesday just to look at a minivan and drove out in a brand-new 2027 Telluride. My sales agent, Tommy L., was fantastic — I highly recommend him. The entire process took only about an hour and a half, which is impressive considering they had to do a trade-in appraisal, run the numbers, and work out the deal. Tommy never pressured or hovered over me while I was looking at vehicles. He simply answered every question I had and let me take my time. Car shopping isn’t always enjoyable, but Tommy made the experience quick, easy, and actually pleasant. If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, I strongly recommend asking for Tommy at Kia of Nashua. You won’t be disappointed!

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Kia of Nashua was frustrating enough to warrant one. We purchased a vehicle that was not detailed prior to sale—it smelled strongly of smoke and was visibly dirty. We were told this would be taken care of with a complimentary full detail at a later date. That seemed reasonable at the time. Today was that appointment—and it was a complete waste of time. We live about 2 hours away, and my daughter made the trip only to receive what can barely be called a “detail.” The outside was washed, and parts of the interior were quickly vacuumed (poorly). That’s it. No wiping down surfaces, no real cleaning, no attention to detail. The car still looks dirty. Let’s be clear: “free” does not mean “half done.” This was a promise made at the time of sale to fix something that should have been handled before we ever took the car home. It gets worse. When my daughter went inside—understandably upset after driving two hours—the first employee dismissed her with, “I’m just the middle man.” A manager named Steve then came out. Instead of taking the issue seriously, he was smirking and trying not to laugh during the conversation. When she asked if they were just going to vacuum it again, his response was: “Probably.” That level of unprofessionalism and lack of respect is unacceptable—especially from management. Between the poor quality of work, the failure to follow through on a clear commitment, and the dismissive attitude, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before doing business here.
