We just bought a 2026 Nissan Armada Platinum Reserve from Team Nissan. Ralph was phenomenal. He answered all our questions (we live about 100 miles from the dealership). He gave us a great deal on our trade in and the new vehicle (thousands less the next closest dealer). He was not going to be available on the day we were coming to pick up the new vehicle, so he arranged for James to be available for us. James was great and very knowledgeable on the vehicle ,he was very thorough about the various settings and options. He even synched our phones for us. Ralph also stated the paperwork with the Business Manager (he was great too, but I'm at a loss for his name) would be ready for us, so it wouldn't be an all day process. This is where most dealerships fail. To our surprise, Ralph was correct (he is a complete nice and honest guy), we were in and out of the dealership in just over 2 hours. This included James going over all the vehicle options and a tour of the service department. I would recommend this dealership to everyone!!!! Just want to give a shout out to AJ and Nick they made the purchase of my 23 Lexus IS 350 F sport seamless. Answered all of my questions and took care of every need. Really great and down to earth guys made me feel super comfortable and important. So much so that I recommended a friend go and buy a car from them and they knocked that sale out of the park aswell!

Peter from team Nissan was extremely helpful. I was just browsing for a car and I had no intention whatsoever of buying a new car that day. Peter gave me such a good deal that I was not able to refuse. I’ve been driving my new Rogue for about a week now and it’s so much better than I thought it was going to be. When the time to replace this car cones, I’ll most definitely consider tem Nissan again.

Team Nissan service dept is very good at what they do. They have proven to me that their one priority is customer service. The Sales dept, sales manager Brian and Nate in finance will find a way to put you in a car you want. All of this could not be happening without the Gen Manager Ralph Fast. This is the team that will bring you many years of beautiful vehicles and great Service. I’m indebted to these guys.

Excellent staff and very thorough. I came to them with a potential problem and they went over my car meticulously. After no real issues being found they had me come back in 500 miles for a free recheck. That extra little piece of mind goes a long way. Going back for a recheck soon and as always I know the service will be perfect as always. I had hit my transmission a few years back and the seal got broken. They fixed this and it has been fine since. Very knowledgeable staff and you can rest assured your car is in great hands.
