This is best car buying experience that I have ever had. I had a terrible situation where my Infiniti car was in bad shape so when I had little money I went to a dealer and was blessed to get a car. I had no choice but to take the car; however I really wanted an suv. Two years later I found myself dissatisfied with the quality of the car so I began hunting from dealership to dealership. I was rejected 4 times. I started to loose hope and give up. A little birdie told me to try my luck one more time and I’m glad I did. Amanda was my sales rep and she has went above and beyond to get us in a vehicle that we selected. The entire staff was friendly and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have never known such amazing team players as long as I’ve been in car buying experience. This place deserves all the recognition and they have made me one happy lady!! 10 out of 10 experience!! Thank you car max team!

It was a quick and painless process. I did the express option to sell my car so I uploaded everything they needed before my appointment. I was there for about an hour, but it was mostly the associate taking pictures, assessing the car, and then bringing it into the bay to take the plates off. Everyone in there was very friendly and accommodating! Definitely recommend CarMax if it’s the best option to sell your car!!

The car was shipped to my store. It took 3 days to be inspected and cleaned. When I got to the store to test drive , I noticed the rear rotors were pitted from rust. In the condition, not working properly, the brakes would be considered unsafe. I requested they be replaced and I would be happy with purchasing the vehicle. The salesman I spoke to during the test drive assured me they would be taken care of in the 2 days I had to wait for the down payment. The day I went to pick up the car , I signed all the paperwork, made the down payment, and got the car. While the employee helping me out was putting the temp tag on the car, I noticed the brakes were never taken care of. As I had already paid and signed the final paperwork, I felt I had no choice but to take the car as is. Especially because the gentleman’s only response was an awkward glance and no actual words. After spending $20,000 on the vehicle I figured 200$ brakes would be no issue. Clearly I was wrong. Also, had a belt squeal that wasn’t there during the test drive, that I had the pleasure of having to replace myself the day I bought the car. Good thing about working on cars myself is it only costed 30$ and some time. Terrible inspection done on the vehicle and not keeping to your end of the deal is a huge disappointment. This will be my only time coming to carmax.
