I cannot say enough good about the experience we had at Quirk VW yesterday! I reached out to them late last week when I saw that they had the exact car I was looking for in stock and my local VW dealership was refusing to work with me on not only finding the car I wanted, but payment wise as well. I worked with Devon Koza over email for a few days and felt like he was really willing to work with me to get me out of my current VW lease (early at that) and into a new VW and keep me where I needed to be payment wise. Devon gave me a ton of helpful information and never made me feel like I was "playing the game." He gave us a price that we were happy with and we decided to make the two hour trip to the dealership. Once we arrived at the dealership, we worked with Jack Moloney and Devon and continued to have the BEST experience. They made everything so easy and it was one of the best buying experiences I have had and I've purchased my fair share of cars. My husband and I will 100% continue to make the trip to Quirk if we continue to stay with Volkswagen once this lease is up. Again, I can't recommend Quirk enough! I will refer anyone I know buying a VW to them. We absolutely love our car and are so glad we made the trip! Beyond worth the two hour drive there and the two hour drive back home. The most seamless, respectful car exchange of my adult life! I’m not a “sticker person” and fully intended to ask that Quirk Volkswagen to “heat-gun” the “Quirk” sticker off of my new 2026 Tiguan. NOPE! … after this experience… that loyalty sticker stays where it is! I went into this process on high alert, fully expecting the usual dealership runaround. I’d spoken to a few dealerships in anticipation of a fight and nonsense due to the complexity involved when turning a leased vehicle in a year early. However, due to an exciting, happy, but expensive family milestone, me (mom) wanted out of the lease to save money. Complex or otherwise, I 100% knew my lease was a unicorn of a trade in because it was a 2024 pearlized white R-line SE, 20 in wheels, coffee leather interior, AND - only had 9,500 miles on it! From start to finish, Quirk Volkswagen, immediately recognized the value of my trade-in, no matter the payoff, and clearly expressed willingness to pull out all the financial stops to meet my need involving the trade-in of one higher end car for a new one, even if a step down, to save money long term. Collectively, I spent maybe 30/40 minutes on the phone/text. Credit check and ability to pay done through a link that was text to me. A handshake deal was made over the phone. And once I arrived, they 100% FULLY adhered to that verbal handshake agreement. Zero nonsense, start to finish. Flawless. To top it all off, their customer service is next-level! Instead of making me schedule a separate service appointment to move my cars roof rack over (adding yet another chore to my packed schedule), their team re-installed it right then and there- for free. That’s never happened before and this is my 4th Volkswagen! Best part, I said when I’d arrive- and I was IN AND OUT of car dealership in a record-breaking 1 hour and 20 minutes. If you want an efficient, honest, and truly premium car-buying experience, this is the place. Ask for Rob, Keith, and Jack! Well done!

Just bought my first ever new car from quirk. 2025 gti. John was super cool during the whole process. Brian, the sales manager I worked with, made sure I got the best deal possible. Both John and Brian demonstrated a high level of customer service. They even offered great advice to a young person buying their first car. I would highly recommend this dealer to others.

I had an excellent experience working with Jack at Quirk Volkswagen. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions, made everything easy to understand, and never made me feel pressured. Customer service like this is hard to find, and Jack truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend asking for him if you’re visiting Quirk Volkswagen. My VW ID.4, currently out of warranty, was serviced under Recall 93EA. I was told no issues were found with the battery (Travis Boucher, feel free to confirm or deny). Less than two weeks later, the vehicle showed a battery failure requiring a module replacement amounting to nearly $6,000 in repairs. As to the reason I am writing this review now in response to the battery replacement issue, I’ve also had a persistent rear clunk with service records dating back to 2023 (Matt Joseph, feel free to confirm or deny). To be clear, I have never reported a clunk anywhere other than the rear of the vehicle. During a multipoint inspection, the service department identified a front sway bar issue and stated this was the source of the persistent clunk. After repairs were completed, the same rear noise remained immediately present (Travis Boucher, feel free to confirm or deny). To date, no solution has been offered for this long-standing issue. The service department also declined to pursue a goodwill request with Volkswagen regarding the battery failure since the battery warranty was over by 10% (Charles Breen, feel free to confirm or deny). What makes this even more frustrating is that I ultimately had the battery module replaced at another Volkswagen dealer without issue. The process included consistent communication, a loaner vehicle, and a clear path to resolution—none of which were offered by Quirk VW during my prior service visits. Other than Matt Joseph, in the 3+ years I have dealt with Quirk’s service department, it has been a revolving door of service managers and techs which indicates either poor work environment or poor management (likely both) as well as bare minimum customer support. To date, I have been unable to speak directly to the Service Director (Charles Breen, feel free to confirm or deny).
