Johnny Mills was incredible. Got me out of a HORRIBLE deal from autofair ford Manchester and into a great deal with a beautiful new 2026 GMC Canyon elevation. His service was top tier and went above and beyond to help me with the unethical practices of my previous dealership. I’d give him 10 stars if I could!! But alas, 5 stars for QuirkWorks and John!!

I had a great experience working with Cameron and Sean at GMC/Chevy in Manchester, NH. Cameron was the sales consultant I worked with, and this is actually the second time I’ve worked with him on vehicles. Every experience has been excellent. He’s professional, friendly, honest, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He really takes the time to answer questions and makes everything feel easy and comfortable. Sean in finance was also fantastic to work with. Very professional, polite, and helpful the entire time. Both of them provided outstanding customer service and genuinely cared about helping me out. I truly appreciate all the time and effort they both put in and would absolutely recommend working with them.

Working with Rachel and the rest of the team was fantastic! I did most of my shopping via text. I wasn’t sure which vehicle I wanted, but told them some of the needs and wants, and they gave me vehicle options. I purchased my first Buick and absolutely LOVE it! I spent about an hour at the dealership and everything else was online. Absolutely no pressure from anyone at any point! I will be a repeat customer once this lease is up!

I had the absolute best experience with John Jeanpaul and Luis at Quirk GMC from start to finish! I traded in my 2024 Denali for the 2026 and was over the moon with the amount of money I will save with this purchase. all three gentlemen were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain all my options to come up with the best fit for my needs. I brought my 2016 GMC 3500 HD Duramax with 9600 miles, YES 9600 miles, in to have a DEF heater problem fixed under warranty on 04-22-26. Bret, the service writer, was very nice to deal with and did his very best to accommodate my concerns with my truck and it's immaculate condition. This truck has never seen salt or snow and it's only been out in the rain maybe once or twice in almost 10 years. Upon picking up my truck I noticed a dent about eye level in the door that somehow no one there saw until I pointed it out? Quirk did take care of it but nevertheless they dented the truck and weren't going to say anything. Also while the truck was in their possession they scratched the grill and got DEF fluid on the right side of the truck and mirror. When I dropped the truck off it was spotless and when I picked it up the whole right side of the truck was covered with water spots, DEF fluid all over my mirror and the floor mat looked like it had never been cleaned since I purchased it. Extremely unhappy they would not take care of fixing the grill. In my eyes there was ZERO effort or pride in anything the service department did. NO floor mat, No plastic seat cover. Even though Bret did his job your service department gets a ZERO in my book even though the lowest I can give is a 1. Shawn the service manager had his shot at redeeming his service department with me but he chose not to by not taking care of my grill.
