They sold me a car with bad transmission (witch was never listed in there “condition slot) it only mentioned :it starts & some scratches: $3,400 lost. Hard working people just trying to buy a car for a decent price but these people just keep on scamming. I bought a couple cars from here. I suggest you don’t.. this place has more 1 star reviews than the worst restaurants in America and you still want to buy from them? If you don’t take this advice don’t say we didn’t warn you… DONT BUY FROM HERE ! They tell you the conditions of the vehicle but they won’t tell you all of it .. some of these vehicles come from used dealerships that send them over because of bad engines or transmissions. They don’t try to fix any of the vehicles before selling they literally sell JUNK CARS. Let the mechanics shop there, STAY AWAY. Their ads are misleading none of these vehicles they sell are in good condition or barely drive. They also have a “instant buy” Those vehicles should be at the junk yard sold by pieces. The somewhat good condition vehicles are sold over 2-3k because the used dealerships are competing with each other. If you do win a bid for a low price they have nothing called “counter offer” witch mean they want more money for that vehicle so you will never actually buy a “decent car” here for a low price.. your better off buying from used dealer where they Actually inspect the car before selling and if anything is wrong with it, you can bring it back. this place they have the laws in place which you can’t bring back & they won’t let you look at the vehicle before paying your bid off, they know what they’re doing. They’re just selling junk…. (Don’t be fooled by the pictures)

This place doesn’t know how to submit title applications in a reasonable time. Also fees for just about everything. Fuel fee🤣 yet the tank is only 1/4 full. Steer clear of here. UPDATE* Gave them a second shot. Bought a toyota matrix. Picked it up and the rear axle was torn out of the frame. Lady upfront, younger. She argued with me saying the photos showed the damage. They clearly show it intact. Then she argues it’s new england so all cars have that happen?!? In the end gave me a full refund, but customer service 0/10. Nicer old lady upfront was super amazing. Give her a 10/10. Need some new staff, and to be less grimy with their business practices. 1 ⭐️

Very misleading there was cleared codes on the car for a misfire and accelerator miscommunication abs system and traction control, another car I bought had two front tires off the rims when it arrived and wasn’t mentioned in the description it said it ran but it did not run with a jump even though it said it would on the description photos were inaccurate and misleading never buy a car from here, currently dealing with horrible customer support trying to get paper work done! Awful experience stay away go to another auction

We purchased a vehicle from Capital Auto Auction of New Hampshire that was delivered with a title. After investing significant money into necessary repairs (including engine work, brakes, tires, towing, and detailing) and selling the car to a retail customer in good faith, we discovered that the title had been canceled by the original owner, making it unmarketable. When we notified the auction, we were told a duplicate title would be issued. After waiting over six weeks, we later learned that no duplicate title application was ever submitted. When we requested a refund due to the title failure, instead of resolving the issue, we were told that if we returned the vehicle we would be banned from the auction. No reimbursement was offered for the purchase price or the repair costs incurred in reliance on the title provided. Selling a vehicle without a valid, marketable title and then threatening buyers rather than resolving the issue is extremely unprofessional. We are now forced to pursue formal legal action to protect ourselves. I would strongly caution people to verify titles independently before purchasing here.
