*Edit/Update* Kyle called, I expressed my frustration and he jumped right on it. He went out of his way to order new floor mats, offered a free oil change, and also filled up her tank! He definitely owned his mistake, and he fixed it as soon as he could. My apologies to Kyle, he truly is a great salesman. I am now giving the business 5 stars for going out of their way to make us happy. Im also recommending anyone looking for a car to go there. Great prices! *Original review* Just bought a car from them. Car is great. This review is about customer service. Dealt with at least 3 different people. Kyle, the sales guy, seems like youre bothering him everytime you talk to him. We went three different times, he was never there, always out. He answers the phone like its his personal cell phone. Just very unprofessional. I asked him to put floor mats in the car, he said sure, never did. I asked him to fill the gas tank, because there was literally only 10 miles left on the tank, he said sure, he never did. I dont think thats too much to ask, especially when youre not haggling price

They had what I wanted, and I wanted it bad enough to drive 2.5 hours to go see it. Straightforward operation with no issues as a first time out-of-stater experience. Kyle was great, very helpful and informative and responsive when calling for updates on vehicle issues!

After looking at cars as several used lots all over NH, I came across Alfa Cars, tho some of the other reviews were less than impressive I gave them a shot and I'm super glad I did. I'll start off with this is NH and your buying AS IS.. so be a good consumer and do your homework!! From my first call inquiring about 2 vehicles on the lot the sales person I spoke to, Kyle was super accommodating, allowing a local friend to come down and test drive and look over the car for me a day before I drove 50 miles ( at the end of the world day mind you). After my friend gave me the OK that this seemed like a great car for the mileage, I contacted Kyle back and he was nice enough to come down to meet me on his day off to let me and all my home mechanic friends really look the car over, test drive and really give the car a good look over. I was very impressed at how clean and well detailed every vehicle on the lot was. Not a speck of dirt and cars looked brand new clean inside. They obviously have a fantastic detailer.. kudos to them! Every other lot I had visited would pull out dusty dirty cars the advertising as "clean" and coming to Alfa cars my first impression was wow they actually take the time to really clean their cars and make them look and feel new. And honestly just because your budget isn't new car worthy doesn't mean you deserve a dusty old car.. Alfa cars obviously understood the assignment.... Kyle offered the Car Fax to review, I was really impressed with the car but had a few small concerns like the faded headlights (they were not that bad but I'm a car person and foggy headlights give me anxiety) I looked up the price of buying replacement lights then went to talk to Kyle, and we settled on a very fair offer that I was grateful for. I felt like he listened to me and helped keep me within budget and still gave me a very fair price. The whole buying process was quick and painless and you could see every sales person in there working hard and working with their customers. I was also impressed with how friendly each of these young men were and how hard working they were...no one was presressuing anyone and it was a lot of light laughter in the office amongst all the customers and staff. My absolute favorite part of this dealership was the older gentleman who I believe is the owners father.. he spoke little English but was friendly and funny and kind and made sure to greet everyone he saw on the lot with a smile and a laugh.. my toddler really took a liking to him and we may go back just to bring him some treats and say hi because we really enjoyed meeting him. Once the sale was completed I wanted a temp plate and the car inspection before I picked it up. I asked for it to be ready before the weekend if possible... no rush because I saw how busy they were. Within 24 hours the car was inspected and had temp plates and was road ready!! A day faster than expected!! Carl from the office called me right away to let me know I was ready to go!!! Personally some of these other reviews obviously people don't understand what buying "AS IS" means.. it's always a gamble, no one can ever know all the issues a high mileage car is going to have. I can say that this dealership works hard to fix minor problems before they even set a car out for sale and price accordingly. Buyers should find a friend or family member who knows a little something about cars and ask lots of questions.. also don't expect a car to drive like it's brand new off a showroom floor.. I honestly think Alfa cars should be your last stop not your first.... Go out to other used dealers within a 25 mile radius and you'll clearly see how much more this dealership cares about what they are selling than these other used dealers... My vehicle came with Brand new tires, wiper blades, full fluids, extra clean, and all of the known issues when they got the car at auction were clearly pointed out beforehand. Grateful for the great service from everyone especially Kyle for coming down on his day off and beautiful vehicle... (The color will grow on me 😂)

Just got a 2010 jeep cherokee here. Didn't have a lot to spend and the salesman worked with me on finding a great car in my price range. Very quick and easy process and drove off same day.

Nice enough when chatting with them on the phone about a truck we were interested in. Drove an hour to check it out and it was not at all represented well from their online description. Rust at the bottom by the passenger side had been painted over and there was a large hole underneath from rust. You could see the paint difference between the body and the rocker panel, which was a shinier color like spray paint.
