I’m from Texas and needed to purchase a car for a family member while in town. I found exactly what we needed at Victorian Auto. I’m 60 years old and have bought a few cars. I would place my experience with Victorian Auto at the top of the list. You won’t find a multi-million-dollar facility with a coffee bar. What you will find is a wide selection of makes and price points and top shelf service. They negotiated in good faith with us to make the deal we needed. What I found particularly impressive was the service after the sale. Without my request, they worked outside their normal lenders to find an extremely competitive rate. There was no funny business with upselling warranties and hidden fees. It didn’t stop there; Chris and Bernie went above and beyond--going outside their normal process to ensure the vehicle could be registered in Nevada in a couple of days with me as an out of state purchaser. I don’t understand negative reviews where people bought makes that are known for historical quality issues. They sell the vehicles like any other dealer with a reasonable level of inpsection – they don’t make them or control obsolete parts. They worked hard to keep their word, did what they said they would do and exceeded my expectations.

Had a really good experience at Victorian Auto Sales. The process was smooth, they treated me with respect, and didn’t make me feel pressured. They answered my questions, worked with me, and made buying my vehicle easy. Definitely appreciate the customer service and would recommend checking them out if you’re looking for a car.

Bernie Mendoza was an amazing guy to work with, I didn’t feel pushed into doing anything, He answered all of my questions and then some. He made sure I understood everything and explained everything very thoroughly. Amazing guy to work with Ask for Bernie if you come in!

well , I read the reviews and shopped around and the price was ok for what it was. But I don't understand how you sell a car with no freon in the system ( when you say "I'm into it for the inspection" ) really! All I can say is I should have negotiated better and went over the vehicle, my bad. The Processs was easy and fast with great credit. When I called on the freon issue it took a while for the call back and when I did the gentleman was very nice about it. JUST CHECK OUT EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU BUY FROM THIS PLACE , ESPECIALLY THE SAFETY ITEMS make sure the spare tire is there and run for codes. If your going to sell cars in a small town .......do your due diligence.

I recently acquired a truck, and while the vehicle itself is satisfactory, I encountered some issues with the dealership's follow-up and fulfillment of promises. Specifically, the truck was missing the two rear cap covers for the rims at the time of purchase, and I was assured they would be installed. Although they were eventually put on, they were not the correct color. Upon notifying them, I was informed that the matter would be addressed, but it has been two weeks without resolution. Additionally, a promised discount on side steps was not applied. The only positive aspect of this experience was the truck itself. I typically give businesses the opportunity to rectify issues before leaving a negative review. Consequently, I will not be returning to this dealership for future purchases and cannot recommend them at this time.
