Submitted an application yesterday night went in today and Carlos got me into the Hyundai I was looking at he was real good and saw that I had my son with me and offered him some coco was truly a great experience. The best part was the car being a stick shift and I haven't touched one in 15 years I explained that to Carlos and he was happy to assist me in remembering how to drive a stick I will definitely recommend to my friends.

We looked for used cars through out Reno. We needed a reliable good used car as we were burned before. We stumbled into Henry’s auto. The experience with the owner was positive. He took the time to show us cars within our budget. We found what we were looking for BMW X3. We test drove it. The commercial transaction was clean and did not try to upsell or pad the final price. He was honest and easy to work with. Most importantly, the car has exceeded our expectations having been driving it for a year now. We highly recommend Henry’s auto sales.

I purchased a Nissan from this dealership, and just three months later, the transmission completely failed. I seriously doubt they even inspect their cars before selling them. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. I’ve completely lost trust in car dealers—and I strongly advise you to be cautious too. I’m incredibly frustrated and feel devastated. They sold me an overpriced "potato" of a car without disclosing any major issues. I genuinely feel scammed, as the car was clearly in an unusable condition from the start. I’m now seriously considering legal action, as I was never warned about the transmission being on the verge of dying. To anyone thinking of buying from them—watch out. Don’t fall into the same trap I did.

Buyer beware. My friend and I both bought cars here and both had major mechanical issues that were masked during purchase. Hers had a blown head gasket and mine has had to have the entire emission's system redone. They are super friendly but will talk you out of the warranty and you’re stuck with costly repairs.
