Everything from our first stepping into the dealership to driving off with the CX-50 was all we could have hoped for. No pressure. Fair price. We couldn't be happier. And my son absolutely loves his new car!

My wife and I came in with a target budget, mileage, infotainment requirements, and warranty coverage. We were worried that we wouldn't find anything that fit our strict criteria, until Julian stepped in to help. He helped us find a vehicle that met all our requirements. Even when our previous lender messed up our pre approved loan, Julian went the extra mile to help us find another bank that would help. This man literally got on his knees and prayed for a better loan for us, and his prayers were answered. He put his customers first and delivered exceptional service. Bought a 2023 GMC Denali 2500Hd 9k miles for a smoking deal from these guys. Pash is the guy you want to talk to, no one else. He makes it happen, and he makes it happen quick. I was in n out like the burger in around 1.5 hours - which is an amazing timeline for a car purchase. Very good communication from him and his team. The only thing that was a hiccup to get through was that they capped me at a 10k credit card down payment. Compared to Michael Hohl I was able to do a 20k down on a credit card no issues. Other than that, pretty solid leader with team in the office. Still wishing I was able to get some more points on the cash back 😆 **Update** Pash got me back in on another deal. GMC 2024 1500. He is literally the man over there. 5k down on credit :) but didn't mind since it was a more of an affordable truck than the previous one. Jay Bird - the product specialist/car salesman was great person to deal with as well, very informative and knowledgable. Even got us lunch because the deal took longer than expected. Highly recommended. Looking to squeeze a couple more deals out of pash in the future. Very great guy. Best of the best.

We purchased a brand-new Kia Carnival and added the ResistAll protection package. Within 48 hours of taking it in for resistall treatment for warranty, we noticed significant spotting, discoloration, and fading-like marks on multiple exterior plastic trim pieces, along with visible streaking/discoloration on the rear bumper trim. We immediately brought the vehicle back to the dealership. We were told the issue would be corrected and later received a call that the vehicle was ready for pickup. When we arrived that evening, the condition had not been corrected, so we left the vehicle with the dealership again. The following day, we received another call stating the repairs were complete. Once again, the issue was still present. The dealership ultimately kept our brand-new vehicle for nearly six weeks attempting to address the problem. After finally getting the vehicle back, the trim and bumper issues still had not been resolved. What was most frustrating was the inconsistent explanations. We were told that ResistAll had not been applied to the exterior plastic trim, yet the dealership attempted multiple repairs to remove or correct the condition. We were also told the streaking on the rear bumper was simply "how they are." The attached photos show a vehicle that was purchased new from the lot. We were patient throughout the process, gave the dealership multiple opportunities to correct the issue, and were without our new vehicle for an extended period of time. After nearly a month and a half in their possession, we expected either a successful repair or a meaningful resolution. Unfortunately, neither occurred. I am leaving this review because potential buyers deserve to know what our experience was like after purchasing a new vehicle and adding the dealership's protection package
