I didn't end up purchasing a vehicle this time around, but I felt compelled to leave a review specifically for Steph. In an industry known for high pressure, she is a complete breath of fresh air. She was very informed, exceptionally friendly and easy to talk to ... Muscle Motors had clean cars and a nice set up. great location. Overall it was a great experience. Highly recommend.

So... My Girlfriend and I were looking at getting a car we both liked. They put on the act of "really trying" to get us into it. We had a substantial down payment and when our credit was ran we were told by STEVE we were in the 400 range and we unable to get a loan. Well.... We just got mail from the credit agency stating the we both are actually in the 590 range. We have found incorrect names used and other discrepancies as well. We should have been able to get the car with the down payment. Period. I thought this place was supposed to be a good dealer but we didn't have a good experience. They have cool cars is about all good they have.

Update: June 9th and still no title. They don't even take my calls anymore. May 22, 2026. It has been 7 weeks since I notified Muscle Motors that they sold me a car that cannot be registered or transferred to my name. 7 weeks of follow-ups. 7 weeks of no callbacks from Kim, Roman or Jared. 7 weeks of empty promises. Not to mention, weeks of a car I cannot drive. They say you catch more flies with sugar than with vinegar well I tried being nice, I tried the sugar route, it's time for some vinegar. This tale must be told. The title I was given for the car does not match what NMVITIS shows as being the current title for the vehicle. Doesn't matter if this was done intentionally or unknowingly either way one is worse than the other. If they knew there was a problem then this is consumer fraud. If they didn't know there was a problem then they neglected their due diligence before acquiring the vehicle. The car was advertised as having a clean title. Buyer beware. You can't rely on Carfax for everything. A hard lesson learned. If you purchase a vehicle make sure the information you get has "Been Verified" (Google it).
