Chris was fast, knowledgeable and efficient getting me my new car! This is the second one I’ve bought from him and 3rd overall from enterprise and every time I leave very happy and not stressed like other dealerships. They will continue to get my business and my recommendations.

Had my second experience buying a car here a few days ago, and it was great! Joseph helped my sister and I get her new car. He was transparent about the options within her budget, and wasn't pushy just informative, which was super appreciated. He walked us through the buying process step by step, with kindness, patience and grace. I always try to recommend people to come here before competitors, because I really think its the best bang for your buck, and there's no sleazy staff. Really grateful for our experience!

Chris Moro and the whole team here are honestly amazing. I'm a 44 year old single mom of the last almost 19 years. I moved to Reno a little over a year ago and recently embarked on a new car buying adventure because I knew it was time. I originally went with Lithia Hyundai and what they did was awful. In so many ways. Great Basin CU rec'd Chris and so I reached out. Over the course of a few days we went over many options and ultimately found one that would work amazing for now AND provide a road for me to get into what I really want later on down the line. But for now -- I have an amazing car, fully protected and it will allow me to grow into so much more down the road. Chris never lied to me or sold me a story --- neither did any of the team at Enterprise. They ALL showed up --- worked hard for me -- and locked down what I needed. I 1,000% will go back in a year to get my next car from them and will tell every single person I know to go here. I’m happy with my purchase!! These guys here are so helpful and I’m happy to say that I’m glad I went through them to get my new car and what I needed. The car has features that can only be used with 2 key remotes. We were only given one. Enterprise refused to give us the second remote... that was very disappointing. Change this policy. Otherwise the car is great.
