Had a super comfortable and easy experience buying a car from Juan & Izzy. I found the listing on CarGurus Friday night & did all my research. Showed up Sunday AM and Juan & Izzy were great; took the car out for a test drive for a bit. It was super laid-back & unpressured environment to evaluate and consider the car. I went and had lunch while going over the loan offer & final details, came back and drove away in a new ride. The low-pressure approach they had with me was an absolute consideration in my final decision. I wasn't boxed-in or pressured to make a decision. Super easy choice buying w/ these guys.
