Phil, was great and showed me what I could get in my budget. A friend with me also got a new car. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a good used vehicle.

I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. Their pricing is extremely inflated — vehicles are marked up roughly 19% to nearly 50% over market value. When I questioned this, the manager (who said he’s related to the owner) justified it by saying they “inspect and detail” their cars, which does not explain that level of markup. Customer service from management was cold, dismissive, and rude. While we were waiting, he was on a personal phone call and scrolling the internet instead of helping customers. When I asked for service records, he incorrectly stated it was illegal to provide them — which it isn’t. I pointed out that the vehicle I was interested in has transmission, suspension, and electrical issues after 100,000 miles if it had been inspected properly. His response? “We only inspect them; take it to a shop.” I also mentioned the vehicle has six recalls, and he shrugged, saying those are free to fix. From the moment I stepped out of my car, it was clear he wasn’t interested in making a sale. My time is valuable, as anyone’s is, and his dismissive attitude wasted it completely. The vehicle itself had multiple problems — the check engine light was on, several buttons didn’t work, and one button was missing. When this was brought up, he simply said “don’t get it” and walked away. On the bright side, Keith the salesman was a delight — friendly, professional, and helpful — but his effort was completely overshadowed by management’s behavior. Overall, this dealership feels unprofessional and untrustworthy. I will not return, and management should seriously reconsider who is running the floor.

I was initially very excited to come to look at a car I was hoping to buy, and the sales woman was very pushy about me coming to see it THAT DAY. When I arrived, I had a mechanic with me (& I’m sure they did not expect that). They lied when we got there & said a pre-inspection had been done on the car. After further inspection, the car had absolutely ZERO coolant in it. We asked if there was a leak, they said no. However, there was pretty clear evidence of the car having coolant spilled all over the engine bay. There was coolant/oil mixed & pooled up on the engine block (that a regular person like myself wouldn’t have noticed without a mechanic with me). We then noticed a slash in the radiator hose. They were very pushy in trying to get me to buy the car without even having the test drive yet. We brought up the coolant issue, & they acted like they had no idea about it but would “get it fixed immediately”. I asked about the pre-inspection & they said it had never been done & they just got the car within the last couple of days. However, on Car Gurus the car was listed at the dealership a month ago. Without a mechanic I probably would’ve driven off of the lot with that car & had the engine overheat & blow up a couple of days later. Bad business. I ended up getting a car at a less shady place. Would not recommend coming here. They are willing to sell cars to customers in bad condition, then lie about what was done to the car. If you’re interested about something they have, bring a mechanic with you.

We bought a car from Eagle Valley Motors in January, when we purchased the car PhilLIP Gettings our salesman and nephew to the owner, said the system was down and to Venmo him the first half of our down payment. $500. We did so Trusting him (like IDIOTS) *I Won’t dive into how many parts and small maintenance items he PROMISED TO GIVE US, then didn’t include them in the contract because (he was gonna take care of us)* we then proceeded to pay the rest of the $1000 down payment the next week. Through the system with our debit card because it was working now. Since then over $100 has sheepishly been withdrawn from our bank account. My husband is flooded with texts that he still owes money. Weird right? We paid the total $1000 in a week… To be clear we put $1000 down on a $4000 car, and only financed for the potential positive effects on credit. Because my husband LOVED THIS VEHICLE Phillip has paid back from “his personal account” some of the money. He has not admitted to the theft of our $500 which ITS VERY CLEAR HE STOLE AND DIDN'T REPORT TO THE COMPANY THAT WE PAID

Do not trust this Company. I Bought my 2012 Terrain from them in April 2024. I had to buy a battery within a month when I called that wasn't covered my waranty so I went to Auto Zone and got a new Battery, the counter guy brought out the battery and I found out that the battery that was in it when they sold it too me was the wrong one. Then I started it 2 or 3 weeks later and the in dash navigation and radio stopped working, I checked the fuses and it looks like someone had just removed the fuses. Then the motor for the fan for AC and heat just died. Now, I was told that my waranty was 2 years for the transmition and motor when I called today. I remember that Luis told me when I bought it it was 3 years because I commented on it being $1000 per year. There are things that go wrong and I don't like the timing of getting a call from Jaeson, just a week before I have problem asking if Id like to trade in my Terrain.
