Skeeter and Beau both made tireless efforts to get me into a car despite my standing that I was in from my recent total loss. Beau went out of his way and found me an alternative car when I wasn’t approved for the one I was wanting, and I got a great price point. Skeeter helped me out with closing the deal and the entire process was seamless. They even let me take the car to my mechanic before purchasing so I can verify safety for me and my son! I’ve had the car for about 3 weeks now and I’m in love with it. I’ve already recommended people stop by and check this place out.

I am a first-time used car lot buyer and my experience so far with this company has left an awful taste in my mouth. When I purchased my 2017 Subaru Forester 2.0 w/ turbo, I was so excited to hopefully have a good, reliable vehicle. I still bought the 20,000 mile warranty just to be safe. And now, 3 1/2 months later and just over 5,000 miles of driving, I had some burning coolant smell coming from the exhaust, so I went to the Subaru Service department to have the vehicle inspected. They determined that the head gasket was blown and, as a result, the small block would need to be replaced. After all of the testing and determination, the information was sent to the warranty company and was denied coverage because of aftermarket parts. So after a bit of research, since the parts were installed prior to my purchase, I had been sold a warranty that I could not even use. This would fall into the Deceptive Trade Practices Act as well as the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. I am currently following all protocols and will be submitting a complaint with the Nevada Attorney General as well as the DMV Compliance Enforcement Office. I get it, the guy wanted to sell me a car and I wanted to buy one, but to sell me the peace-of-mind with a warranty that was instantly void and wouldn't cover the car is against the law. The repairs were quoted at nearly $10,000 for the cascade of damage caused by the head gasket on top of the diagnostic and other costs, so I don't know if I can even take it to small claims.. Nevada Revised Statute NRD 598 states that selling a vehicle with a voided warranty constitutes as consumer fraud. Glad I'm just naive and not stupid. Thanks Vaughn for the headache
