Amazing staff. Austin helped me through text messages, went out on the lot, sent me pictures of cars, kept me updated. Didn't have appointment and just stopped by, Austin was with customers, so he had Carlos help us. Not pushy at all. Friendly, helpful. Husband & I drive home with a beautiful Grand Jeep Cherokee high altitude at an amazing interest rate. Totally happy with the purchase. So glad that Austin told me about all the inventory. If I ever need another car, it'll be from Corwin Ford! Love that place.

CarMax made me an offer I could not refuse on my 2022 Subaru Ascent Touring. It took a while to get through to my credit union to get the payoff amount. Everyone at CarMax was helpful and professional.

Carmax has a very smooth easy business model. They give reasonable quotes for buying and selling vehicles. Our sales rep was Paul. He was great!! Very attentive, professional and friendly. We had questions after our purchase and he was very available to help us! I’d go to Carnax again in a heartbeat

​"I am a repeat CarMax customer who had an amazing experience at this location when I bought my first vehicle from them a few years ago, but this recent experience has been frustrating to say the least. I bought a truck on Oct 28. Within 4 days, I noticed severe shaking at highway speeds—a major safety concern. I reported it immediately, but was told I couldn’t be seen until 16 days after purchase, which conveniently pushed me past the 10-day return window. ​The mechanic diagnosed a potential fault with the custom rims that came on the truck but wasn't 100% sure. Their plan was to 'try' a repair first, and if that failed, then 'maybe' order Toyota rims. The earliest they could see me for this was today, Jan 8. ​I left my shift at the Tesla Gigafactory at 7:15 AM. Because of the 24°F weather and roads that were a total sheet of ice (see photo), an normally short drive took over an hour and 20 minutes. I pulled into the lot at 8:36 AM, and at that exact minute, I received a call saying my 8:30 appointment was canceled. ​Despite the hazardous conditions, which the staff admitted were ‘really bad,’ they refused to honor the appointment because I didn’t ‘check in 15 minutes early.’ While driving on ice, my priority was safety, not a phone call. ​I am now on Day 72 of my 90-day warranty. With their 'guess-and-check' repair plan, it is clear they are stalling to push me past my coverage. I shouldn't have to risk my safety for a 6-minute grace period on a truck they sold me with a pre-existing defect. ​I am happy to update this review once CarMax actually fixes my vehicle properly, but until then, this stands as a warning." UPDATE: Carmax reached out and rescheduled my appointment almost immediately and after a while they were able to fix the problem with my vehicle. While I am still hesitant with Carmax after my previous experience, they did enough that I am more than willing to change my rating to 3 stars.

Good experience purchasing a vehicle and Clarabelle was helpful and easy to work with. Zero complains about her. However, I’m a bit skeptical of the company as a whole for selling me a vehicle with a screw in the tire and not disclosing it to me. I didn’t notice until the next day because the tire was experiencing a slow leak and not anything that would be noticeable on a test drive.the highlighted border is from another shop’s inspection. I would have thought it was of my own fault from normal road hazards until I found a crumpled up note in the door saying they knew about it. They did honor it and replace the tire for me but it makes me wonder what else they’re not telling me about the vehicle.
