VEGAS CARS LV

This WHOLE entire staff was amazing. From the time we pulled up and parked to the time we drove off the lot ! They are so family oriented they make you feel so comfortable and will do ANY and everything they can to genuinely help you. You can tell they actually care about the well being of their customers. Highly recommend 100%! Come check them out.

3 stars because they were at least honest from hello... "You get what you pay for." Unfortunately, the used car market in Las Vegas has been hijacked by people who will burn their own people for the smallest profit. It's crazy that for the 1st time in the 50 years that I have lived here that you can get a vehicle with way lower mileage and a lot cheaper in L.A compared to Las Vegas. Plus, they try to slide in (rebuilt titles) and still ask for high retail. Not this lot but many others.. Obviously, they are getting it because it's abundant all over town no matter what zip code... Kelly Blue book is out the window in Las Vegas.. Zero honor for 90% of the people I've dealt with over the last 90 days trying to find my daughter her 1st vehicle... It's like they could care less what is attached to their name. Vegas becomes a really small city when you remove the tourist... I'm still in shock that I have to go to L.A. to buy a car....

I purchased a 2013 Range Rover. With in 45 days car broke down broken transmission. I asked dealership for assistance to take a look at the car to see if they will help me and the person was rude and told me there’s nothing that can be done. I have been asking for paperwork from the prior owner that was promised to me. The car did not go through any safety inspections nor was ever checked for any oil leaks or any prior damage. All they do is take the car put it on a lot wipe it down and tell you it’s good to go. They are completely full of it. They do not care about you. All they care about is making as much money as they can just look at all the prior reviews. I have already filled the paperwork to sue them reported them to the Dmv. I will also be following up with two news stations to make sure this dealership does not do this to anyone else. I have spent over $7000 on this car since I have owned it absolutely ridiculous. This is allowed this place will be shut down soon. I can promise you that I will make sure that the public is aware of everything that’s going on with this place. All they had to do was offer to look at the vehicle in the beginning and to help with some of the costs they didn’t offer anything whatsoever. All they think is people are gonna look the other way and do nothing or they messed with the wrong person that purchased a car from them in good faith. Before you make the mistake of doing what I did look at all the reviews from this dealership look at the people you were dealing with look at the location. They are look at everything before you make that purchase. Do not make this mistake that I did. it’s a learning lesson, but I guarantee people are going to see this review and turn the other way and they will lose business from it. All they had to do was do the right thing and take care of me. They chose to do nothing.

One of the worst dealerships you can go too. Every car on there lot is lemons. Check engine lights, over heating, bad motors mounts & squeaky brakes. They will literally sell you anything. They have kids running around. Homeless people living on site. And young druggy for a mechanic. This place it literally a joke. There whole family drives these car around town to and from Vegas. Please beware!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. This place is the same as DRIVE and GO. They changed names to get away from bad reviews. They sold me a car that broke down the same day i pulled it off the lot. I LOST $1500 down payment could've been more but i didn’t finish paperwork for loan. DONT DO IT !
