SOOOOOLLLLDDDDD!!!!! Thanks so much Jose Martinez and Carina at Simple Auto Sales for a very professional and kind transaction!! Highly recommend if anyone is in the market for a reliable used car. Very nice vehicle. We've all loved Ford Escapes or other FoThis is a great deal for a 22 year old. Really appreciate how professionally everything was handled. Very sweet people!
Was a pleasure working with Graciela, great customer service, she helped me from the beginning of my vehicle purchase. I will definitely go back to Simple Auto if I ever need another car. I Love my Car! Thank you, much appreciated....
This place is one of the best dealership i’ve ever encountered. As soon as I entered the lot, I was greeted right away by Pablo and everyone made sure I had help. I was promised to take a car home that day and sure I did go home with a car. Every one spent hours and hours helping me out with everything that I needed specially getting approved with a bank loan. My credit score may not be the best and yet they did everything and pulled some strings to get me approved. Any issues I had, they’re always there to help out. If you are looking for a trustworthy and very honest dealership, this would be my number 1 recommendation.
I’ve purchased a second vehicle from Simple Auto. My experience this time has been fantastic. Grace, (Finance and Sales) is an Angel. Carina is awesome at customer service. Gerardo is top notch with explaining all about the vehicle options and showing how all buttons work as well as helping with DMV and insurance questions. Shout out to Damien also for giving me a deal on my trade in. This team is top notch and will give you the best deal they can.
Buying a car with Simple Auto Sales was a pleasurable experience you don’t get at Big Car dealers. NO presure of sales person. One is treated effortlessly. My sales man Gerardo was a pleasure to do business with and within 3 hours I drove away with a car that made me very happy. I highly recommend Simple Auto Sales and am sharing this with friends who may be interested in buying a car
