Amazing experience at Nationwide Auto Sales And Finance! The team made the whole car buying process easy and stress-free. They were patient, helpful, and really worked with me to make sure I got the car I wanted. I drove off the lot in a white Audi SQ5 and I’m absolutely in love with it! I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. My husband and I purchased a 2014 Dodge Ram from them after being told it was well-maintained and had been thoroughly inspected by their mechanic. We trusted their word and believed we were buying a reliable vehicle. Unfortunately, after only a week and a half of driving it, we discovered major mechanical issues that are now going to cost us approximately $6,000 to repair. If the vehicle had truly been inspected by a qualified mechanic, these problems should have been identified before the truck was sold. When we contacted the dealership about the issues, we were simply told there was nothing they could do because the vehicle was sold “as is.” What is most concerning is that after reading other reviews, it appears this is not an isolated incident. There seems to be a pattern of customers experiencing similar problems after purchasing vehicles from this dealership. We came here out of necessity, needing a dependable vehicle for our family, and chose this dealership because they presented themselves as a trustworthy, family-owned business. Sadly, our experience has been the complete opposite. We feel misled and disappointed by the lack of accountability and customer service. Please do your research before buying a vehicle here. We wish we had.

After purchasing our vehicle and being told it had been inspected and was in good condition. We trusted what we were told and believed we were purchasing a safe, reliable vehicle. Just over a week after purchasing it, we took a road trip and experienced something terrifying the tire completely flew off the truck while we were driving. We could have been seriously injured or caused a major accident. What should have been an exciting trip quickly turned into a nightmare. Paid over 1,000 to get home only to realize there was way more problems with the truck. We discovered major mechanical problems that will cost us thousands of dollars to repair. Over 6,000 These are not minor issues that suddenly appeared overnight. They are the type of problems that should have been identified if the vehicle had truly been inspected before being sold. When we reached out to the dealership hoping they would stand behind what they sold us, we were met with excuses and told there was nothing they could do because the truck was sold “as is.” No accountability. No concern. No effort to make things right. We came to this dealership during a time when we desperately needed a vehicle and believed we were dealing with honest people. Instead, we feel completely taken advantage of. The stress, financial hardship, and inconvenience this has caused our family have been overwhelming. No family should have to fear for their safety in a vehicle they just purchased. If you’re considering buying a vehicle from this dealership, please be careful. Have any vehicle independently inspected before signing anything, no matter what you are told. We trusted them, and we are now paying the price. This experience has been devastating, and we wouldn’t want another family to go through what we are going through.

When I reached out to the dealership for help, they were dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to take responsibility. Instead of trying to make things right, they gave me the runaround and avoided addressing the problem. I feel completely misled and taken advantage of. Buying a car is a major investment, and customers deserve honesty and transparency—not hidden problems and poor customer service. This experience has cost me time, money, and a lot of stress
