What a amazing experience we had today with them! I called in the morning and inquired about a car they had listed forsale and Blanca answered all my questions and scheduled to meet with me after I got off from work. It was around 7pm, her and other employees stayed a little later to show me the car I was interested in seeing, been to many dealerships that did not work with my schedule. It was a successful night brought home the car a 2015 BMW.
Great customer service, everyone works well together as a team and try their best to make you happy. I got a nice Charger it runs great and have no problems at all, prices are fair and reasonable. I’m excited I went to them.
We recently purchased a car from LV Auto. The customer service there is very good. They have good quality used cars for sale. We met Castor and he made us feel comfortable on choosing our car. Unlike the other used car sale dealers we went to, he wasn’t pushy, knew what he was talking about and was family oriented. He helped us picked the right car. Castor and his team made sure we were taken care of. The process went very smooth. We recently moved to vegas and was looking around for cars and this company is a place to check out if you want good quality used car. Thanks Castor for your help and the experience. 🤙🏽
Had the most amazing experience today at this dealership. Castor was very helpful and adamant about getting me what I needed and asked for. Shawn was also helpful and feeding me all the knowledge about the car I'm getting , I ended up getting a better deal than I thought I would get. I'd definitely come back to buy another car.
We found the car we were searching for at LV Auto sales. Not only did they have the right car for us, they were excellent to deal with. They were friendly and helpful and patient. We had not heard of them or worked with them previously but were so happy we will refer friends & family there.
