They have vacuums air guns to get water out of your tires and the little crevices. Also, there is a place to put your mats in A.We'll clean them for you. You can clean them with water or not, water.I would suggest no water. The staff is very professional caring compassionate!!!

Funny how people talk bad about this dealer their is always 2 sides of a story but I would recommend here they do have good value but the best family owned business I been shopping here for 3 going on 4 years I have talked to Adrian he actually is not a fast talker he treated me as a loyal friend and costumer his service and Ms Penny really took care of me as well I bought a good looking and running jeep that is on layaway and also will be purchasing a truck form them atmosphere and great vibes at this location some who only tell half of the story don't want to admit at their fault for something but I think they need to tell both sides not 1side of it sorry but rather not rant But also on one wall it does say no warranty but they offer car shield

I've bought 2 cars from this place, and yeah, they needed a little work. I've read some of the other reviews on here, and it seems that some people don't understand that when you buy a used car, it's not going to be new. As far as the 2 cars I've bought from here, they're both running great, my beetle is pushing 200,000, and will run to Phoenix and back the same day with no problems, and my Corolla is over 300,000, and still passing you on the highway. I'm extremely happy with the 2 that I've already bought, and I will be going here again soon for my third.

4 years ago I purchased a car from this company my sales rep was Robert. I referred my mom to get a car & she did with robert. soon after her car broke down and she stopped paying for the vehicle so it was towed from her apartment. My complaint comes from wanting to return to purchase a car from the same car sales rep Robert. It is now 2025 I came to this used car lot with more experience than last time. as I was explaining to Robert my business and what I had done with my cars on Turo I mentioned to i may purchase a vehicle to do the same thing however that wasn’t my main purpose today I was browsing through vehicles make a down payment for a car “TO GET BACK AND FORTH TO WORK BECAUSE MY CURRENT VEHICLE IS NOT WORKING.” Now as I was browsing through vehicles the owner of all three Car Spot locations drive in. his name is Mike. I had recently talked to Robert about a vehicle that had over 600,000 on the meter which is very strange for any car to have. this was 2013 Toyota Camry so I asked Mike about the vehicle he then proceeded to tell me he didn’t know any information about the vehicle keep in mind even though I understand he deals with many cars I would at thought the 1 car sitting in the lot over 1 month with +600k miles on would have stood out to him. I proceeded to tell him my input on the vehicle and he agreed he said he got it thought it was good car runs good so maybe someone would buy it. There are multiple things such as lights on, tires need to replaced and the battery among other things that need attention to that vehicle I still test drove the vehicle even after Robert proceeded to tell me I couldn’t until I came back money ready. After coming back I looked at other vehicles Robert told me his boss told me I cannot buy a vehicle from him if I plan on renting my cars on Turo. shortly after I left the owner Mike flagged me to the other locations as well. All over me having a conversation with Robert and Robert miscommunication my conversation. Definitely a shady corporation I will never recommend this place ever again ! If I had more room to type, I would this has literally made me want to create a new profession to shut down shady car Corporations I’m sure there are many others that feel the same as I do, especially since this business is not even affiliated with the BBB !!! I truly wish I was recording the whole experience And the conversations word for word from everyone !!!

*WARNING*!! Worse dealership ever when I was pulled over the police told me the vin number wasn’t matching up with the car and that the paperwork they gave was fake, and has an apartment address on it and not an actual dealership address. You test drive the car and it runs fine but shortly after engine lights randomly pop up and I bought a car from them before and the engine light came on so I trusted them to buy a new car and the new one did the same exact thing. The brakes are never good on the cars and they’re a big lying scam unprofessional and rude. Not only that they never answer the phone they suspiciously change their numbers and when my car was towed stuff was missing out my car and he tried to blame it on homeless men. They steal your belongings and get away with everything this car spot should be illegal. Do not recommend.
