I had a great experience at Henderson Hyundai. The customer service was excellent, everyone was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the process. Jevon Williams, my salesperson, was amazing. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Most importantly, the whole car buying process was completed in under three hours, which made it efficient and stress free. I highly recommend them for their outstanding service and respect for customers’ time.

Trading in my car and getting a new vehicle was so easy with Henderson Hyundai. I communicated with Eddie, and when I got to the dealership, Jevon helped to finalize the deal. They were both friendly and helpful. There was no hassle or pressure. I had to be out of the dealership to pick my son up from practice. I was in and out in about 2.5 hours. I would definitely recommend them and purchase from them again.

My experience was excellent. Michelle my agent was very kind and kept us updated. I had made an appointment and my Ford Maverick truck went back exactly on time and was done as expected. They video everything to show you your vehicle inside and out even when everything checks out perfect. You'll know the complete health which makes you feel safe getting on the road. My last service was a 15000 mile service at which time I declined all the additional services that were not required prior to any service being performed. I find it very coincidental that services declined previously are now indicated as 7 failures on my next visit and require IMMEDIATE ATTENTION The report only has five specific items checked as failed and require IMMEDIATE attention. Recommendations to fix failures seven. 1. Cabin and engine air filters failed.There were no pictures to validate any of the filters required changing. There was a video of the outside of the vehicle. 2.Battery test fail but no report (checklist states report attached) I did receive a battery report upon checkout, however it was date time stamped prior to service and the tested by area was blank. 3. Heat and AC system failed - recommendation was antibacterial foam wash. 4. Brake fluid low recommendation flush system. 5. EFI service recommendation cleaning service. Nothing indicating a failure that would require this service. 6. Alignment- 4 wheel C/S. Tire report all items passed. These failures/recommendations are for services not substantiated by their report. Upon checkout the paperwork has pictures of the items needing IMMEDIATE service but not actuall pictures of my vehicle. Beware of this type of upselling by this service center. The recommendation/failures amounted to $1600.

I brought in my car for a recall that it had they fixed it that was not the problem. The problem was I brought in my car fully intact. The dealership gave me back my car with a rear view mirror, broken. The sales associate told me this just broke right now As the guy was bringing your car back to you, I said OK what do you want me to do but I can’t drive like that and the sales associate told me just have your boyfriend fix it. You can get something from the store and fix it and I thought to myself that’s weird. OK so I drove off but then a couple seconds of driving off I get pulled over by Henderson police because I don’t have tinted window so they can see that it’s dangling right in the middle of my car and they pulled me over and tell me that it is illegal to be driving like that and he was gonna write me a ticket and explain to him. I just left the Hyundai dealership right now And they gave me my car back like this. It wasn’t broken when I gave them my car and I got it back broken and I had to show him the paperwork that I just left. He advised me to go back and have them fix it or else if I drive back I probably will get a ticket so I drive back to the dealership I informed them that I just got pulled over and that police officer told me to let them know to fix it since it broke while it was in their custody the same sales associate that gave me my car keys let me know. OK let me see what I can do because I have to speak to my supervisor because we might have to call the windshield company to fix it and we don’t know if we’re gonna pay out-of-pocket for that and I said I don’t care because I did not give you my car broken you gave me my car broken. My car was fully intact. I would like to have my car back the same way I gave it to you fully intact so I had to wait there for like 30 minutes and he came and looked at me and was like I’m so sorry I don’t know if they’re gonna be able to fix it for you. Is there anyway you can have your boyfriend you know fix it somewhere else and I said no why would I have someone else fix it when I brought it in here not broken I was very frustrated at this time and then after a while he came out and they stuck some sticky adhesive like where you hang like pictures from what they sell at Walmart. They put that right there and they told me to put it in the garage so the adhesive can stick properly and not be in the heat. I said well it’s usually in the garage anyway so I’ll put it in the garage and I didn’t drive for the rest of the night, but it really bothered me that they really told me to go have my boyfriend fix it and let me leave the lot like that as a woman just that’s so unacceptable. No Manager came to talk to me and told me they were sorry just the same sales associate. I definitely will not be coming back to the dealership for my car. This is the first Hyundai I’ve ever owned and that was like the worst experience for me. I really had no idea what to do and I live by lone Mountain so it would’ve been like a 45 minute drive home with a broken rearview mirror if they didn’t fix it, if I didn’t stand my ground. Please do better because this was totally unacceptable. Should’ve just fixed it from the beginning instead of letting me leave the lot like that.
