Alien Auto Sales

Today, I stopped by Alien Auto at 1136 N Boulder Highway to look for a car due to my car died 2 days ago. I was tired of these big dealerships who push the first car you look at on you to buy. I met with Joe, who is their salesman. They have a nice selection from new and used vehicles. Every car on the lot was clean and nice. Their was zero rush. Once I found my SUV that I wanted, we went inside and I met their finance manager Vinny who was great. Vinny and Joe made a great team. As professional, kind and down to earth as they come. From the beginning to the very end the whole experience was great. I would recommend this place to everyone.

So happy to have found this place. Buying a car is like going to the dentist, and no one likes that. The guys over at Alien Auto, made the whole process of getting into a car enjoyable and quick. Joe is knowledgeable of the vehicles & the features. Told him what I wanted, and he not only showed me the cars that met most of my wants, he also educated and turned me on to cars I never thought to look at. Vinny in finance worked his magic somehow and showed me numbers that I was more than comfortable with. Do yourself a favor....Go and See the Guys at Alien Auto! Today!

Small lot, but many decent priced options. Out of all the places we have been and all the deals we turned down, this one was a solid good deal. No bs and made it very quick and upfront. I will recommend them as the best used car lot we've seen out here so far! Honest people here!

I was in the process of faxing Joe over my pay stubs. He explained he had only received July stubs which I was unsure how that happened because I had the stubs in my hand trying to point out to him over the phone my check date. Long story short .. he loses his patience and hangs up in my face after telling me hes 'not in the business of arguing with customers' and that i had someone else talking in the background who was helping me which was my MANAGER!! I tell him ill take my business elsewhere and he replies 'please do' and then follows up with a text and screenshot of a July pay stub saying "Next time you and your mgr. decide to insinuate a person is lying...Have all your facts !" The old man made a copy of my July stubs when i walked in two days ago, and i was faxing the current ones as we spoke, but he was only interested in making a point ... dont go here unless you want help from old, grumpy, impatient men.

Worst car dealership I have ever been too. They advertise that they help anybody, after sitting there for 4 hours they take me outside and say we can't help you right now but if you come back with a lot more money we will finance you a car. Problem is what they wanted for a down payment would have actually paid off that same car anywhere else. Stay away unless you want to waste your time.
