Hi, I hope the owners read this. I visited your store on 4/23/26 and wanted to share some kudos—especially kudos to the gentleman who helped me, Elyes Fenniche. My car was stolen on 4/19, so the past couple of weeks have been pretty stressful. I wasn’t exactly looking forward to shopping for a new car, but I decided to get a head start and check out a couple dealerships. And I’m so glad I stopped by your store. Elyes made the entire experience better than I could have asked for. I expected to feel pressured, stressed, and maybe even overwhelmed—but that wasn’t the case at all. He was kind, knowledgeable, and made everything feel comfortable and easy. I truly appreciate people like him, especially during a difficult time. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a small restaurant inside your store. Being able to grab lunch while checking out a couple of Broncos turned the visit into a genuinely enjoyable experience, it was a really nice moment during an otherwise stressful time. From Elyes, to the front desk associate, and the restaurant staff, everyone I encountered was incredibly kind. Car purchasing can seem daunting especially when it is an unexpected purchase. My 2012 dodge journey hit its final lap, leaving with the need of a new used car. Ford was the best decision I could have made! They were friendly, quick and efficient. My sales man Raul was exceptional and I recommend them all day long! My 2023 Ford escape amazing!

Friendly staff. Very patient and knowledgeable. Negotiation with pricing was seamless. Financing department was also very helpful . Was able to seal the deal with free registration and free window tint and free brunch at Mustang Sallys ! 10/10 would recommend this dealership with friends and family. If you're in the market for the perfect car buying experience, head to Ford Country and ask for Raul. I found my Mustang online and reached out. Raul responded, set the appointment, followed up day-of, and walked me through the entire process. He shared his tenure, spoke on company culture, was professional and extremely personable (even when I called him the wrong name!). Go see him! Received one-on-one instructions on features and set up prior to signing. Very helpful! Smart SOP on Ford's part 😀 Minimal waiting time for finance process. Options discussion was thorough and pleasant and i didn't feel rushed to make decisions. Returned yesterday and was immediately greeted with congratulations and warmth by the "Queen of Customer Experience". I internally gave her that title and believe her name is Sharon (sincere apologies if incorrect). She has genuine love for the Ford company! Highly recommend this dealership! We recently had Ford Mobile Service at our home, and the two technicians who came did an excellent job. This was our second experience with them, and once again they were friendly, professional, respectful, and very responsible. They worked efficiently, paid attention to detail, and left everything clean when they finished. It is great to see young professionals who take pride in their work and provide outstanding customer service. I would also like to recognize Camilo, who has helped us both at the dealership and during our home service appointment. He has always been kind, professional, and helpful. His teammate was equally hardworking and professional. Both young men have a great work ethic and truly care about doing a good job. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent service.
