York Auto Sales, LLC

Recently got my daughter’s first car here. My daughter loves her car and we haven’t experience any issues. Owner was very open on what’s wrong or needed done on this car before purchase. It’s hard to come by dealerships that do that these days, I am glad I came here!

I just want to say dont believe those reviews this dealership is trustworthy and honest. The owner does talk in a tone that people might mistake as rude but he is actually really kind and funny. I have bought 3 vehicles from him and he has always been open and honest about the condition of the vehicles. It is a used car lot which means many time you'd need to fix minor problems which as a buyer you should be aware especially when buying as is. I havent had issues with any of the vehicles i have bought other than normal maintenance, oil changes, brakes etc. i highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a good used vehicle.

I don't often leave negative reviews, but people deserve to know about our extremely frustrating experience. As soon as we drove the car off the lot, the check engine light came on. Within two days, the battery was completely dead, and the very next day the car died while it was being driven. We now believe the alternator may be bad as well. We stopped at an auto parts store to have the diagnostic codes read, but they weren't even able to communicate with the vehicle. That left us with even more questions about the condition of the car when it was sold. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. No one expects to buy a vehicle and immediately deal with multiple major issues. Based on what we've experienced, I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. We left feeling like we couldn't trust what we had been sold, and I hope others do their research before deciding to buy here.

They sold my daughter a car that broke down the day she bought it. It's essentially undrivable. Do not buy from this dealership unless you are looking for a project car. If you need a reliable vehicle, go elsewhere (or bring a certified mechanic with you to test drive a vehicle). They are not honest people.

This place is garbage, I do not recommend it at all, very bad treatment, nothing there is useful, when I said that I would not buy the car, the man started to say sarcastic things when you want to test drive the car, he is the one who guides you so you do not have to check so much, these people are not trustworthy at all, I do not recommend it to anyone at all It's all a lie. I offered you 700 because that car didn't cost more than that. Treating your customers badly when they don't want to pay what you ask is wrong. If you're a despotic type, don't try to deceive people anymore with sweet words when you're really just rude. Do you think I didn't notice the piece of wood you put in the car's transmission to hide the defect when I drove the car? You're making temporary fixes to the car so you can sell them the same way. In short, you're subtly planning to scam people with those wrecked cars. Honestly, in my opinion, I'm writing this so that no one else has to go through the bad experience of going to your business. To be honest, it was very unpleasant, and of course, I will never go back to that place or recommend it to anyone. Everything about that place is horrible.
