Very friendly, they helped me without problems throughout the process of buying my new car. It has been a month and a half since I purchased a truck from you. Initially, the service was excellent, and I was told it included a 3-month warranty. Before the first month, I reported issues with the screen and dashboard. I have tried contacting you multiple times by message and phone, but I have not received any response. This situation is becoming frustrating, as I have a warranty and the issue remains unresolved. I would appreciate a prompt response.

Drove from Kansas City to buy a truck that we seen online. Everything was great at first, until the transmission went out 2 weeks after purchase. Dealership told us to take the truck to a local shop for diagnostic. Was diagnosed same day, let dealership know. They said they would have a driver pick the truck up that same week. That never happened. Took them 3 weeks to pick up. Then they had the truck for a month. When it was time to pick up the truck, the dealer refused to provide any paperwork showing what they did to the truck. Definitely would NOT recommend this Dealership to anybody.

Nothing but headaches 1-Purchased the vehicle with a clean title just to find out it was totaled through an insurance company and ended up with a salvaged vehicle. 2- The vehicle had frame damage that was poorly repaired 3-Their communication is awful, every time they didn't have an answer they said they would call me back and whithout a suprise they never did. 4- They wouldn't give me receipts for repairs when they fixed the vehicle so I had to puchase a surity bond that costed another 500 out of pocket. Overall: I ended up with a totalled vehicle that had the frame repaired when I went into the sale being told it had a clean title. Learn from my mistake and go elsewhere even if other vehicles cost a little more.
