After looking for 6 months plus for a new car... I came back to the place I'm comfortable with. These guys are great to work with! Bought now my 4th vehicle from them. I still even have the last one and have had no issues with it for over 3 years now. This beauty though.... picked her up today and I couldn't be happier! It was a very quick and easy process with them. I'd definitely still years later recommend these guys when buying a vehicle.

If there was the option to give this dealership and Jay a higher rating than 5 stars I certainly would do so. Jay was very honest, responsive, and very understanding when there was an unforeseen issue that appeared with a check engine light with the vehicle we bought. He promptly offered us a loaner vehicle until the vehicle we purchase was professionally repaired by the Subaru dealership. Now, he could have cheaped out and sent the car to some shady mechanic but instead he had the car taken to the Subaru dealership (and we all know how much they charge for labor and parts) where we knew it would receive the proper repairs and no corners would be cut. He apologized that there was an issue with the vehicle and fixed the problem (even though he did not have to do this, mind you, because sales are final and there is no warranty that come with the car unless you choose ot opt to pay for one) He made sure the car was repaired by the best mechanics in town, with the best parts (OEM manufactured parts). I could go on and on but Jay really went above and beyond to fix the problem that needed attention. I will definitely recommend his dealership to my family and friends. You really don't see too many dealers like him and his crew around these days anymore which is sad. Most dealers would have showed you the door after you bought the vehicle from them and then came back complaining about an issue that the car suddenly was showing since (as we all know) their only goal is profit and once the car is of their car lot and the deal is sealed; they switch from pretending to be your best friend and buddy trying to get you into the best vehicle possible to someone who suddenly acts as if they've never seen you in their life before. Jay and his crew on the other hand are going to be straight up with you and tell you about the car and everything else you might need or want to know about it. They won't close the door behind you once you are off their lot with the vehicle. If there is an issue, the will fix it... and, these days, that sort of professionalism and dedication to customer service is really honorable. Once again, hat's off to Jay and his crew. A+ service all around, from the communication, to the negotiation, the honesty, and overall professionalism. Top tier all around.

The prices at this dealership are fair and reasonable. Our car dealer, Jay, helped me find a car. He went above and beyond to even fix any minor issues that were found prior to the purchase. He offered a rental vehicle and updated us on any changes. I cannot express my gratitude in how much this has helped me. I can’t wait to go car camping with my dog. Thanks Jay!

These guys are honestly so kind, and the flexibility they’ve shown me has been HUGE. I just signed for my second vehicle from them, and the way they were able to work with me on the down payment and low monthly payment is honestly a gift. 10/10

I am 44 yrs old, having owned 25 different vehicles, and this by far was my best buying experience. Only two companies to come close were Tesla and Mercedes. Andy went above, and beyond to make this deal happen (via great price, excellent product, and amazing communication). I cannot speak highly enough about Freedom Motors. In closing… I would happily buy from this company again. Keep up the great work guys.
