6 stars!! Bobby and the team are absolutely incredible. I couldn’t have dreamed of a used car experience this spectacular. Incredibly personable guys who genuinely care for their customers. Bobby showed me the vehicle I was interested in and pointed out the things on the vehicle he wanted to fix before he sold it to me (new tires, rear dents and dings fixed and repainted, etc.). He gave me the vehicle inspection which was all green and I took the vehicle to Firestone to get my own vehicle inspection and it came out all green as well. Everyone I meet in Omaha who needs a new car I will personally drive to Lincoln on my own dime to get them to B & D.

Bob, Kelvin, and Brad are all absolutely wonderful. My parents have bought cars here and my mechanic has a relationship with them, so we trusted them from the beginning. Above and beyond doesn’t even begin to describe what they did to help us and make sure we were happy. I also love the down to earth vibe in there, it’s calm and welcoming. We left there feeling so happy with our purchase and we will recommend them to anyone needing a used car!

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! Our daughter purchased her first vehicle after graduating college. She had saved her own money & was excited to buy something from the last decade! The website has free Carfax reports available, AMAZING customer service, treated her with respect & professionalism, talked to HER more than me (co-signer parent), was patient, kind, & helpful. When a minor issue came up after she drove it home, they bent over backwards to take care of it for her immediately. Good vehicles, no pressure sales, excellent service. 10/10 would recommend!

Great place! Bought a nice car at a great price. They had the car down to the shop for a check engine light, fixed more than what was needed. It had an oil change, new wipers, etc. Never said anything about the price going up for that. Highly recommend! In and out quickly.
