Rimview Automotive

Came in looking for an inexpensive sold running car. The team was super helpful and answered all my questions and went above and beyond. Will be coming back for sure when I need another.

Paul is by far the best! He made the whole car buying process so easy and stress free. I have had my car now for almost two weeks averaging about 100 miles a day for work and I have ZERO complaints or concerns. I highly recommend Paul at Rimview Auto and look forward to working with him again in the future.

Very good dealership to work with. Paul was awesome, he answered all my questions and got the paperwork ready to go so when I drove down all I had to do was sign and be on my way with my new truck. Would definitely recommend this dealership to everybody.

Rimveiw Automotive has made this entire experience in buying a vehicle horrible. We bought a 2015 3.5 ecoboost F150 from these guys, upon test driving it and running it it seemed fine, Kylen told me that everything worked great and the previous owner took very good care and always maintained this vehicle. I was excited so i took it to my friends house to show him, they saw an oil puddle out of a backup camera on a 2012 ford explorer. The day I got it I had to put 3 quarts of oil into this truck. The next morning I took the vehicle back, they had it in there "shop" for a week all because of a loose oil filter. The day we went to pick it up from them it was still leaking oil, they took it back once again and this time had it for 2 weeks. This time they claimed they redid the valve covers and a seal in the bellhousing. upon taking the vehicle to miles city for a week, a couple days after arriving home my girlfriend and I went to Hardin, coming back from Hardin it was making a high pitched whine, we took out 2 of the spark plugs and coils which both were covered in oil, the engine had 14 engine codes after replacing 2 of the spark plugs, and now needs rebuilt because they did not actually do the valve covers. They are no longer willing to help us.

I would say to be very cautious when buying a vehicle here, They took advantage of a 15-year-old kid and is intoxicated Grandma. They paid a fortune for a truck that broke down right away. They did patch job then it broke down again. $17,000 is a lot of money! It would take another 4,000 to $5,000 to fix. This kid comes from a single income home. No Dad, mom works at minimum wage job. Grandma took the last money she had to get this truck for him. This is beyond sad.
