I had a good experience with Tom over here at Ernie’s. I was on a tight time crunch to get a somewhat reliable vehicle to get through the winter. After test driving a few SUV’s (and battling with the finance company) Tom pointed me in the direction of a Jeep Compass. Sure she wasn’t the cutest thing out there, but when I asked for it, Tom delivered. After having an issue on another vehicle during a test drive (Operator error) there was no indication that he was upset with me at all. He was there to help any way he could responsibly and respectfully. Don’t get me wrong, these aren’t going to be your “state of the ark” vehicles but you’re getting what you see, and Tom was blatantly honest about issues with certain vehicles as soon as I mentioned them. 10/10 recommend Tom over at Ernie’s Auto.
Staff member Tom sold a me a vehicle that was breaking down and didn’t want to give me the contact to his boss kept giving me a run around. Not giving straight answers. The vehicle I bought broke down within a hour after purchasing it. Do not recommend buying a vehicle here.
These guys are garbage... i work at a repair shop, and alot of our customers that have done business here have been done horribly, horribly wrong. These guys are the type of shop that gives honest car dealers a bad name. Awful, awful people to do business with. Im sure they dont have the integrity to reach out and try to protect their reputation, but i hope they do, id love to give them a peice of my mind again lol
They sold my younger brother a lemon car for $3200 on April 15,2026 now the guy won’t let him talk to his boss to make it right he bought a black 2019 jeep Cherokee he never let him test drive it or never told him anything about the car just sold it to him without turning it on once my brother drove away it ran out of gas at a entrance of a gas station he had to buy a gay tank to get it the rest of the way then he tried driving it away from the gas station then it turned off so he brought it to a mechanic and they did a test on it they said it was the throttle body so he paid for that over $589 dollars but it still wouldn’t drive right so he brang it back to the dealership and the guy keeps telling gim it’s his bosses choice to trade for a better car or to give him his money back
Sold me a Mercedes, car doesn’t have any major issues, but they clearly don’t take care of their cars. Dry rotted front crank seal, dry serpentine belt that ended up exploding on me, dry rotted tires and the intake airbox was full of dirt and dust. When I went to take on a test drive, the car was covered in dust tried using the wiper blades, but couldn’t because the fuse for them had blown. Wiper blades are also dried out and barely worked. Interior wasn’t properly cleaned either would find bits of garbage throughout the car. They also tried clearing a stored engine code, so it wouldn’t show a check engine light. And almost every exterior light was dead even one highbeam light had been completely burnt out and actually melted a bit of the housing. Basically, if you’re gonna buy from these guys, it’s gonna be a gamble and you better be ready to put more money into the car. Within the first few months of owning the car I had to buy a new crank seal, serpentine belt, tires, battery, wiper blades, tail lights, and headlights, air filter, oil change because they hadn’t done that and mass airflow sensor. Also had to take it to a shop just to be diagnosed for a problem that’s basically impossible to fix without spending more money than the cars worth because the balance shaft is out of balance. so like I said either gamble or don’t buy it from them.
