I recently had an excellent experience with my Bob Smith salesman, Joel Hines. I texted him and we quickly negotiated a very fair price on a new Mazda. I placed a deposit and arrived from Idaho the next weekend to pick the car up. Everything was as advertised, Joel was prepared for our arrival and topped off the car, and I was headed down the road in about 20 minutes. I've purchased many cars in many states and have never had such an easy and professional experience. Zero pressure to purchase protection packages, warranty, financing, and none of the games that are sadly frequent in this industry. I would happily do business again here in the future, and highly recommend.

First of thank you so much to the crew at Bob Smith, Top notch mechanics and staff. Now to the back story After spending thousands of dollars on replacement parts for my wrecked 2025 ford explorer at Archies. After all parts were replaced, I couldn't get the rear hatch to open via the button, so I took it back there to program my RGTM, the service department told me that they couldn't help me due to the alignment on the tail gate was off. I told them, that should not have any effect on the fact that the rear hatch won't open or close it just chimed. I then called Bob Smith and made an appointment with them. In less than an hour and $189 dollars later and my rear hatch works as it should. I still need to now go back to body shop and have the alignment issue fixed but surely that wasn't holding up the hatch working properly. Thank you to the crew at Bobs, hands down the only place to take your Ford vehicles.

Scott was great. He listened well to what I was trying to do and got back to me right away. It was easy and the service was excellent. I am in Helena but he asked someone to drive out here with my new car. Everything was in order as we agreed to and the agreement was fast.

Purchased my Mazda at Bob Smith great experience! Went in for my first oil change and Barbara went above and beyond! It was super busy but she treated everyone with care. Very impressed!!!!!
