I was interested in a car they advertised on CarGurus and reached out. They responded very quickly and verified the vehicle was available. I was out of state and worked with them to purchase for a good price which including shipping to Indiana. I worked with Jeff & Larry for a very easy and smooth transaction. Jeff answered questions and guided me through the purchase. He provided video of the vehicle with it running, discussed all fees and we worked out payment since I was not financing. I pretty much bought and paid for the car from my couch in less than 3 hours. It was delivered a few days later and everything was as advertised. Inside was nice and clean and nothing appears wrong. No scratches or dents on the outside and looks nice. I took it for a ride and was very happy with the condition. It was a used 2022 Subaru Legacy with about 120k miles so I was a little nervous, but everything is great and runs smooth. I highly recommend South County Auto Plaza.

I hope that my situation is an anomaly. I made 5-8 trips to purchase a single vehicle that I had the money for on my very first visit. Sigh. I made several blank trips b/c certain things were supposed to be done in b/w those 5-8 visits. These were small things, but they were never complete by my next blank trip to the dealership. Simple things like supply a jack, fix the A-Pillar grab handle (pull up bar to get inside the truck), & remove the smoke smell (which still hasn't dissipated), etc. So, I forget how many blank trips I had as I started that project of purchasing the vehicle in October 2025. I am just now writing a review in April 2026 b/c the Check Engine light came on last month. My nerves. So, my original salesperson went on vaca & others filled his place of being the salesperson, but so many things just kept getting dropped by the waist side due to the different "sales people hot potato". I purchased the vehicle for a non-profit organization. This has been the case since the first visit. Somehow I still had to make extra trips so they could correct the paperwork to the non-profit organization name. Everyone was super helpful, although most things just didn't get done. They did reduce the cost of the vehicle for certain repairs that were identified during inspection. They also allowed us to take the vehicle more than once to our mechanics. We have all purchased used vehicles & we know maintenance comes along with it. But, I hadn't looked at the roof. There were about 3 medium rust spots & several small rust spots yielding about 21 rust spots total. I am sure they knew about that. Of course, I didn't before I made the purchase.

Really scummy people. Bought a 2door toyota coupe from them. Raised the price on me once I arrived in person. Screwed me on the interest rate(first time buying car), and sold the car with sloppy half assed cut exhaust that wasnt even stock, damage to the front bumper, as well as a bad battery and starter. All confirmed by a toyota mechanic. They will force you to buy the car with warranty bc they know there are issues they havent fixed. On top of that the service records from 40000miles to 60000miles is missing. The listed mileage was also 66,000 but the car had 67000 when I got there. Overall another scamming 3rd party dealer flipping half assed cars with problems. Truly look anywhere else for a car.
