Called on a Friday. Was told the car I wanted was sold. So moved to the next option. He was supposed to run my credit and get back to me. He did not. Called Saturday for an update. He said he got busy with customer in store and forgot, which is understandable, I wasn’t upset at that. Then he said he would run my credit again and get back to me in a half hour. Once again he did not. Idc if the application got approved or not. How hard is it to call someone back. Like do you wanna sell a car or not. Write it on a sticky note or something if you need to but I’m sure they are have better customer service than what I received cause they were recommended to me by a friend. But it is what it is.
