First time buying a vehicle from a dealership so I was definitely hesitant... However, George made the entire process unexpectedly entertaining, painless, informative, and overall quite pleasant. Accommodating & easy to work with, I left the lot in a new SUV feeling fancy. We drove over 2.5 hours from home to find "the one" and we found it at Hollywood.

I am financing a 2017 GMC Acadia, and I am so disappointed with my service. I have not had this vehicle for over 30 days and the check engine light is on. I informed them of this and they are telling me that I will have to pay $1300 out of pocket to get the check engine light off Turns out that I need a catalytic converter & I went to Autozone to get a diagnostic test done and was informed that it was an O2 sensor that needs to be replaced. Mind you, I just purchased this vehicle less than 30 days ago and they are me I don’t have warranty for it and that I will have to pay out-of-pocket for it! I am extremely disappointed in their services for customers and I do not recommend this car dealership. That is not OK. This is something that should be rectified within the company instead of the customer having to pay out of pocket. I took a day trip to Evansville Indiana with my family, and then that’s when the check engine light appeared to be on! I am not ok with this at all. I will never purchase or invest my hard earned funds into this dealership again. I do not recommend, I repeat I do not recommend Hollywood motors to purchase a used vehicle, you never know how they’re going to treat their customers. There is also the tire monitor system that is on and they told me that they were going to fix it, but they have not and the gauge for the oil levels are awkward as well! I am disappointed with my services that I experienced since my trip from Evansville. The stress that this situation is causing me is hectic, and I am emotionally exhausted from it. Maybe the next client or customer will have better services than I did. Peace out, lesson learned.

On Aug 14th, 2025 I bought a 2020 Chevy Trax...Before the vehicle was drove off the lot, I was guaranteed that the car was going to 100% and test drove...That didn't happen...Soon as I was driving the car the A/C unit would get hot then cold and the car would jerk...I called Ken immediately and said it made need transmission fluid flush...Made an appointment for the A/C unit and transmission fluid flush...I was told the A/C unit is fine, but they couldn't do the transmission because I was told they didn't have the equipment for transmissions...So the problem continued...On Aug 22nd, 2025 the engine overheated...I called Ken and he didn't answer...So I called the office and that's when the round and round phone calls started...First I was told that they were going to have it towed up there...Then they turn around and tell me I have to go through my insurance to get a towed...I was supposed to have an appointment Aug 28th, 2025 at 10:30A, but I had to miss the appointment due to not being able to get it towed up there...So I tried calling the office several times to let them know that I wouldn't be able to make it and no one answered the phone...I was finally able to get it into the dealership Sept 9th, 2025 after 3P...I was told five different things that was wrong with the car...First it had something to do with the piston...Then it was the intake... Then it was a coolant leak... Then the thermostat was open...Then it had something to do with the coils misfiring...Got my car back Sept 14th, 2025 showing that the coil packs were replaced and the thermostat was replaced...Still having problems with the car...It's still jerking and they're telling me it's the radiator...Soon as I got it up on my driveway my car died... So I turned it off...Turn it back on...Put it back in park and then put it back in drive three times...After the third time it did something...It's not the radiator and I keep trying to tell them that but with me being a female they treat me like I'm stupid...The transmission is jerking and there's something wrong with it and it needs to be replaced...Everyone's playing their round and round games with me and telling me one thing and then telling me another thing...This has been going on a whole month and this is ridiculous...Not only that when I got my car back they trashed it...Never again will I ever come back here!!!

I don't recommend them I took out a GMC Terrain 2019 and from the first day of buying the pressure power the engine and they turned on all those lights a week after that it turned off and didn't turn on anymore I had to pay a tow truck and I went to return the vehicle now I find myself putting claims to the bank so that I manage to cancel the credit they are good people but the vehicles are not good don't trust

This place to advantage of my daughter. A 250k mileage Durango for 9k with a 500 dollar admin fee. They didn't fill it up which any decent dealer would. They did not inspect it and when it was inspected it wouldn't pass inspection. They also didn't have a clear title to it. Is a typical use car lot, trying to unload a car for as much as they can while doing everything they can to limit their costs. I would never have purchased from this place myself but she did and got bit.
