Amazing all around!!! I have never in all of my years of loving had such an awesome experience buying a car. Did everything online and was at the dealership less than 30 minutes! Great price for my Fully loaded Ranger Rover! You can buy a good car at a lot of places, but Bullet and the people over at Arizona Auto Sales make you want to buy from them because they really just take care of ya! Bought a 2011 Lexus CT200h from here back in June 2019. Car seemed to drive fine for first several weeks but ended up having to rebuild the engine on the car because it had a blown head gasket. The cost for someone to fix it was the cost of the car so I wasn't going to pay that. Called the people at Arizona Auto and they wouldn't do anything either. So I asked if they knew if the head gasket had been replaced at some point or not and they had no clue. Ended up rebuilding the engine myself and cleaning out all the gasket sealer that someone put in it to try and fix the head gasket. Car is running good thus far.

I waited a long time to leave a review. They refused to fix anything I asked before purchasing. Nothing major at all!! They didn't want to negotiate a price. And never called me back about the vehicle. I eventually offered to pay asking price but required they fix what I asked and I'd pay for parts only. They still wouldn't have it. The mechanic wasn't showing up or doing their job delaying things as well. They said our mechanic disagrees with the mechanic I took it to. But like I said, I offered to pay for parts and they do labor and id buy at asking price. They wouldn't do it. They wanted an easy sucker. Simply put, they will not go out of their way if the deal isn't easy. - not at all good for customer experience or service. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE WITHOUT HAVING AN EXTERNAL MECHANIC DO A THOROUGH INSPECTION!! If they say no, run away as fast as you can. It isn't worth all your hard earned money to buy something you'll owe 15k on for it to break months or year later. Then you have to dump another 5-10k in to.
