One of the best buy here pay here car lots in Springfield. I've been doing business with Pete and Brent for years now, it is a simple process with this company, you buy the car you pay for it until the loan is paid off, if you default on the loan it is up to you to figure it out. Quality cars sold here, just like any other company, test drive the car and if you like it and can afford it then make Pete a deal it is that simple. I've read too many people on here whining about their experiences here, and guess what ? If you decide not to pay then he has the right to pick up the car. I was not paid to post this review nor do I work for Zerr Auto but a customer who is greatful these folks sold me several cars when I needed them when no one else would approve me for a car loan. Now that I have rebuilt my credit I will continue to do business with Pete and Brent. So if you are in the market for a car deal go see them I know they will take care of you.

Very reasonable rates. if u pay it off early you save alot on interest. I took out a loan with them once and came back the next week and it only cost like 20 dollars. Have had many loans and paid them all off easily, they will work with you in any way possible if you just talk to them. Very positive experience. Five star's - A. Jones

Idk what happened to everyone else but they treated me great! I got a 2007 Honda fit and the only problem i have had with it in two years is I had to replace the battery. I put $1000 down and made $300 dollar payments for two years. A few times I had to wait for my paycheck to come in before I could make a payment, I just called them up and they were super nice about it. Payment is really easy, they put your card on file and then you can just call them every month. The only thing I would complain about is if you call and you get the actual owner of the business he will have to give the phone to one of his employees because he doesn't know how to take payments. How do you own a business and not know how to do the most basic thing there? But that's a minor thing. The people were always friendly to me, I would recommend this place to anyone. They made buying my first car easy and affordable!

Always helpful and nice..i have purchased 2 vehicles there and both were extremely clean and good driving, and plan on buying another soon. As with all used vehicles some maintenance is necessary but they are always up front and honest before you sign any papers. I have recommended them to friends and will continue to.

Super sketchy.... Many of the vehicles had flat or deflated tires. They also run a pawn shop and they're were questionable individuals hanging out inside just sitting and chatting out was uncomfortable. The vehicle drove had the check engine light on and ride poorly on the road. It didn't look professional in the office. The *boss*was not in when I visited. Very responsive to messages though and willing to work a deal
