PSA this be a little long but well needed. Imma start by saying i normally HATE going to a dealership. Cause 95% of the time you show up looking for one vehicle and here comes a salesman wanting to sell you something totally different because it helps with their commission and totally disregards the customers wants. Thats not the case here at Regal. I was looking for a truck in a pinch with needing something with more room and more reliability and they had one. I applied and Stephanie reached out to be and we started the process. She has a nice one on the lot and i drove the hour to check it out but it was in the shop having ball joints replaced. Awesome thats a big green flag for me already. So no big deal ill come back Monday. Mind you i only have a few days before leaving back out for work. So me and the family drive back up monday and truck was still in the shop. Alright no big deal. BUT heres Stephanie coming up to me with a cheerful smile on her face and lets me know whats going on with it and asks if there might be something else id be interested in. And honestly there wasnt cause i was dead set on a truck but me and my wife were eyeballing an explorer siting out front so i gave it a shot (not a big ford guy) so Stephanie set me up with a tag and the keys and i took it out for a spin. I was not disappointed with it at all. When i returned from my drive i didnt pull it back into its spot i parked right up front because i decided it was coming home with me. Stephanie started the process of the purchase and literally made everything easy and stress free for me and my family and wotked out a great deal on it. She made our visit enjoyable. No it dont have a bed but its got every bell and whistle and space that i need for my gear and bags for work and the kiddos. All i can say is THANK YOU VERY MUCH from the Parrish family Stephanie for making a vehicle purchase stress free again! Looking forward to coming back to buy another for the wife in the very near future from you!

Phenomenal! They helped me get a car when my insurance was being a pain. They have a deal called CPI and it essentially is full coverage until you can get your own insurance. Highly recommend. Candice and Stephanie are amazing!
