The absolute worst car lot I have ever dealt with.. I got a car 4 days ago and now it doesn't even start... I'm going to the news. ...so 4000 for the car I drove 3 days 1400 at dodge drove ie 1 day its back at dodge 1400 more dollars. These people rigged my car to sell it.. I'm definitely going to the news. Tack another 1000 for a starter these people are crooks they should be in jail.. I'm definitely not done with these people

If you buy a car here it will last you 2-3 months if you’re lucky. I looked at 4 of there cars. One of the car I didn’t even drive because there were bugs inside of it flying around. Next 3 cars I test drove all had transmission lights on plus couple other problems. When I asked about it they told me it’s an easy fixed. If it was an easy fix, it would be fixed already. The employee told me she took the cars home (red flag) and I could smell fresh smoke and found her lighter in the couple holder. Whole lot smelled like smoke too. They advertise these cars like everything good on them and there cheap. These crooks buy cars on auction that no one wants and barely fixes it up to make a quick buck. To lazy to clean the inside of them. Worst car lot in Springfield, better to find one on Facebook marketplace then these losers.

As Brandon stated we took our daughter here to buy her first car. Their follow up to his post is correct but still not entirely true. And we are filing a complaint with the state of MO, as well as speaking with an attorney. The car has been in the shop for a week and we just got the call. First thing the mechanic says “this vehicle would cost more to repair than it is worth”. The entire electrical system is ruined, corroded, grounding issues, all modules damaged. The antifreeze is contaminated. The suspension and steering system shot. The e brake lines cut. The brakes themselves faulty due to electrical issues. The computer that mechanics plug into to read codes, dead, no way to read anything. So in short… yes the car lot got a new seat, took a couple hundred off, and replaced a part to hold up the hatch. However, they did falsify inspection as it was not possible for the car to pass inspection with no working seatbelt, seat not bolted, brake lights faulty, dash lights not working, e brake lines cuts, etc. they got 4k for a lemon.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!! Was there today and test drove a Black Dodge Avenger. The throttle, tire pressure, and traction control lights were all alerting on the dash. While driving, the vehicle kept cutting out and wanted to die. We returned to the lot and alerted the female salesperson what was going on. She was surprised when I stated there was a throttle senor icon on the dashboard but stated its 'probably just from sitting'. We asked to test drive another vehicle but the owner had the keys so we agreed to come back a couple of hours later. When we returned, she stated she drove the Avenger and it drove fine, the issue resolved itself and was just from sitting on the lot. She asked if we wanted to drive it again and we obliged. This time ALL the alerts were cleared off the dashboard. Not 1 single alert, and the vehicle drove fine BUT the motor temp Guage never rose off the Cold mark and the car never warmed up. Also causing the heat to NOT work this time around. Which worked fine the first drive, just a couple hours before. When I alerted her of that issue, she went out to the car and came back in and stated 'the heat does work, the a/c button was on'. That was a complete LIE! I checked the ac button several times while trying to get the car to heat up. I'm not stupid! And for her to walk back into that office and say the heat worked knowing full well it didn't; told me exactly what kind of people run this car lot.I would guess that they pulled a fuse, disconnected the thermostat wire, cleared the memory, or some other fraudulent way to stop the dash warning lights from appearing and the throttle issue from occurring on that Avenger. BEWARE CAR BUYERS!!!!

This place! I took my daughter here to buy her first car. Let me tell you about this POS! first the lady is a liar who works there! Lights wouldn’t go off so she said we had to watch a vid to get them off. It is a mini cooper so we thought ok strange car I get it. She said she needs to go get it inspected come back later to pick it up. We did. Showed up she handed us an inspection invoice and we left! Now…. Explain how a car passes inspection in MO with: No working dash lights, no working blinkers, no working tachometer, headlights stay on when cars off so do breaks. NOTHING in dash works! And the emergency brake lines HAVE BEEN CUT BECAUSE THEY ARE RUSTED! Oh not to mention when we took the car we realized the passenger seat wasn’t the correct one or even bolted down! Seatbelt wouldn’t latch because it’s wrong seat. You CAN NOT GET A CAR TO PASS INSPECTION WITH THESE ISSUES! so today I’m headed to get a real inspection at a REAL AND REPUTABLE inspection site for my attorney and the lawsuit! STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! Had my daughter wrecked with my youngest in passenger seat she’d be dead!
