I bought my 2006 mercury Milan premier at this place, and i must say they are not your typical car dealers! They were honest about what pros and cons it had and gave me a great deal! Alex, Tanner and Troy are very professional and treat people like he is their best friend and talks about everything, not just sales! I even told alex that it was missing a headlight, and he brought me back cause he asked the guys to pick one up for me after i done bought the car out right! Great people, great prices and great experience!!! A++++ all the way!
Alex is probably the most honest car salesman I have ever met. My wife and I have bought two vehicles from him now, and they have both been great! When we purchased our first vehicle, I pulled off the lot and had an issue with the car. I went back right away and Alex was on it, with no question. I would have ZERO hesitation buying a car from Chosen Motors.
I bought a Camry from Alex and shortly after found some unknown issues that were going to cost me a lot of money. Alex was kind and agreed to help offset the costs. I appreciate that kind of honesty and willingness to make things right. In addition I found his whole crew there to be kind and courteous. I recommend you check this place out if needing a good used vehicle from an honest company.
Bought my 16 year old sons first vehicle here. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because some times the communication was just not there. I understand that there were extenuating circumstances, but sometimes I would have to contact a few times to get a reply. However, they were very fair and honest and helped us pick the right vehicle for my son. It had a few things that needed fixed before we drove it off the lot, and they did just that. I feel 100% safe with my son in the car, and will absolutely check them out again in the future!
