Steve was great to work with. The vehicle I was looking at was in good condition, and had a fair price. The conversations we had were not like other lots. Steve is a genuinely good guy and just wants you to be happy with your vehicle. I did not end up buying from Alliance only because I found a rare deal with a private seller that was too good to pass up. However, I highly recommend Alliance for good vehicles at fair prices. I have been shopping for a new truck and stopped by, seeing a truck that caught my eye. Steve greeted me and offered to show mw the truck. Where as I have yet to decided on a vehicle, his customer service has gone far and above. I mistakenly text him thinking I was texting the car service to pick me up at the airport. Not paying attention to whom I was engaging, I requested a pick up. The reply was a simple "I'm sure we can find someone to pick you up". When I landed I still had not realized my mistake, and was greeted with a message that my ride was there. When I finally figured out there mistake I had made It was too late to call off the ride. I was greeted happily by Steves father (whom I've never met), who helped me with my bags and drove me home. I cannot think of a single business that would just send their father out to pick up a stranger at the airport, no questions asked. If this is the scale of customer service one gets when the entirety of the customer client relation ship has a history of fifteen minutes on the lot and a couple texts... I can't imagine wha it will be like when I finally pull the trigger on a truck. Than you to Steve and his amazing father. I look forward to future business with you.
