My job keeps me on the road every day and these guys keep me running smoothly. They are very informative and detailed when asking questions, not to mention friendly, I am always greeted with a smile. You can't ask for a better team to take care of your vehicle as if it were their own!

My mom and I have taken our cars to route 66 for over 10 years now, and I don’t plan to change that! They’re such kind and welcoming people, especially Tom and John. They don’t try to take advantage of customers with a lack of knowledge (like me). They’ve always been honest and let me know what repairs are needed and what can wait. Overall I would highly recommend them, both for regular service and repairs. They’re trustworthy, reasonably priced and probably the friendliest auto shop you’ll ever walk into!

Tried to get car financing through them but was unsuccessful. Not their fault, was my bank who decided to put only my business name on my bank statements instead of my legal name. The dealer tried anything and everything to get me approved, going way beyond the call of duty. And I do appreciate it.

Hello They sold me a 2011 BMW xdrive50i and the transmission went out Also the lifters started slapping and ticking. I tried to get them to service the car they just covered it up with the programs. They deleted the service indicator lights and they made me force them to change the oil The oil was so black. when we bought the car they said they put it threw there service shop. He said i was tripping over nothing. I had to pay for the oil change. They were so rude. It was so unwelcoming and they took advantage of my elderly mother and I. we had 25000 mile two year warranty and they did not even service it. and gap insurance. IF THEY DID NOT WANT TO DO THAT TYPE OF WORK ON THAT TYPE VEHICLE THAN WHY DID THEY SELL IT TO ME. A mechanic did not even touch it when I took it to get serviced it was a electrical engineer.

I bought a 2008 gmcAcadia for $4800 and only had this car 🚘for a month and one week before my head gaskets went out. It came with NO WARRANTY-AS IS. The person who sold this car to be said that this car has been setting for a while and that he knew the owner. This was told to me and my family. Love the car but, THIS IS SO WRONG, SO PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING FROM ANYONE!! CAN'T DRIVE THIS CAR ANYMORE. THANKS GUYS😞😡😭.
