My car completely died on me and I was looking to sell it for parts. After calling around several places in the area, these guys had the best deal (offered $100-150 more than most other places for my specific car). Very quick to respond and super easy to schedule a pick up. Carson came out to pick up my car, communicated he would be late before the scheduled pick up time (which I appreciate!), and in general just made the process super simple and easy. 10/10 would recommend this place!
Wonderful customer service and great communication. They are fast and pick up either same day or next! They reply quickly and make the process easy to get through. Thank you guys for picking up my car and paying me a good price! Also the guy Andrew was very kind when picking up my car. An awesome company to do business with!
This is a family owned business that is the real deal. They are amazingly easy to work with! They offered about double from the other 4 places I called. Driver called on time to give an ETA, 5-10 minutes before the scheduled time. Less than 10 minutes after his arrival, I had the cash, and he was driving away. Easier quote process, better customer service, higher payout.
Really smooth experience. Carson communicated well, let me know ahead of time he was running a bit late, and was very appreciative of my patience. He was friendly, professional, and made everything easy. Would recommend.
Had a fantastic experience dealing with this company! I would highly recommend anyone wanting to scrap their car to give them a call. Our tow driver Andrew was fantastic, they were repaving our road and he was still able to work around it and got the truck towed.
