I bought a van a couple months ago. I was treated with respect. The van still drives great. After being sold a lemon elsewhere, I am grateful to having an honest place to get a reliable vehicle.
I traveled from out of state to purchase a truck from Kyle at Across the creek..I was only about 4 hours away but still far enough to run into problems...I had already test driven the truck, paid and had the keys. About 10 miles down the road and the coolant tank cracked. I was broke down along the road..he came checked it out..had his mechanic grab a new one and put it on. I bought an older truck ..a 1999 so I knew it was as is no warranty..but he took care of it. I myself read these reviews before coming down to purchase anything. The reviews said..as I am sure you have already read..that Kyle and his team are good people. Kyle dealt with me extremely fairly..gave me a good deal and took care of any problems that arose. So if you see something you like I wouldn't hesitate dealing with Kyle.
These guys were great to work with. They went above and beyond to help me unload my Trade in after hours in the rain. They also gave me way more for my Trade in then what it was worth considering it didn't run right or have brakes. I can't even tell you how much I love my new truck, it runs great even with 170k on the dash. I highly recommend the guys at Across the Creek Motors and definitely will be using them again in the future.
A low pressure family business. Kyle is straight forward and wants to do right by the customer. Not a huge inventory, but they keep it moving. Mileage was off from listed by nearly 20,000, on the Sprinter I purchased versus the listing. I thought perhaps they had been using it for business, but Carfax had the mileage at the last transaction only 200 miles lower, and the two owners before that within 1,500 miles. Probably not on purpose, but definitely check the mileage. Negotiations included actual mileage.
Quick and easy process. He was very responsive to all my questions even after business hours. Nice guy, recommend working with him.
