Very disappointed in my experience with Mac Haik Jackson. We bought a vehicle from them and we were under the impression it was in good shape. It was supposedly checked by their mechanics before being sold but yet there has been serious damage to the car that another mechanic found quickly which showed the vehicle had been wrecked previously and repaired poorly. Missing a hose and several items inside the motor broken along with misaligned headlight and front fender. Contacted Mac Haik and was told they are not responsible. We will never buy another vehicle there again. Update 1-23-23 My husband and I have both attempted to contact Harry Burden General Manager multiple times in the last 2 weeks and he has yet to call us back. 2nd update I never actually spoke to manager after multiple attempts but our sales person Jade finally called me back. She was very kind and helpful. She set me up for repairs and a car to drive during repairs. They replaced all the broken items in the engine and fixed. My headlights but there still remains a body alignment issue on left front side. It’s a beautiful car and I love it but would never have bought it if I had know it had been wrecked especially for as much as we paid. Overall it was a very stressful situation and I will be looking elsewhere for my next vehicle.

My Experience at Mac Haik was very disappointing. I needed to have a part ordered it was and came back fast. I called the Service Dept to see when it could be done. I spoke with a man in service who told me I would have to drop it off. I asked how long does it take he said i can't say exactly. I asked is it 1 day 234. He said just as I told you you gotta drop it off. I understood about dropping it off, but what's the time frame. Never got an answer. Very rude, not customer service friendly at all. I asked to speak with a Supervisor, of course he's in a meeting. I asked the young man in the parts dept. Tell me the Mgr name he said Lance, I asked for the last he said oh I don't know that. I wasn't trying to get ahead of anyone, just some true,definitely info. Mac Haik, is definitely a NO FOR ME!! The Frontage Rd location is TERRIBLE!!!!
