Just purchased an Audi from Ritchey Automotive. Todd was my salesman. He is very professional and patiently let me take my time. What I liked the most is that they don’t play price games and didn’t charge for any extra fake fees! The whole process was a great experience! Highly recommend Todd Harcrow! Bridgette has been MORE than professional, curteous and willing to exceed my expectations with getting my car fixed. I came in for tires that had a factory issue-leaking. Although, my vehicle was kept longer than expected. Bridgette, has explored EVERY possible option in ensuring I’m satisfied and my vehicle is fixed. She doesn’t even work for Volkswagen, but has provided more aide than the ENTIRE Volkswagen team. If you ever need a Land Rover or need service through them. Please ask for Bridgette.
I bought an 2019 Audi, the service was amazing. I didn’t have to go and pick up the car. The car was bought to me. I found out I had a recall they fixed it right away. I didn’t have any problems got the car over to Jackson again, Service was impeccable. If you ever wanna get a car from here you need to come over to Jackson MS and get one because they have the most excellent people to get your problems solved. Kyle was my salesman. He went above and beyond five star service. Plus the service department treated me like royalty.
Honestly confused how they are still in business. Every time my car has an issue it is an absolute nightmare to deal with the service department. I called an insane amount of times a few weeks ago trying to get scheduled and never got connected or a call back. I even had former employees reach out to management to reach out to me and NOTHING! I will be finding a mechanic who works on Volkswagen from now on out. Never want to deal with this place again.
