I purchased my 2018 Jeep Wrangler Sahara today from Teddy and it was a great buying experience from start to finish. I found my Jeep online and each time I contacted Teddy he was very informative and gave me all the information I needed. I live three hours away and couldn’t just drive over to check out the Jeep so Teddy made every effort to show me every detail I ask about. Buying process was so easy and fast. I will definitely buy again in the future.
I had an excellent experience purchasing my vehicle from this dealership. The owner Teddy, was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and kept me informed every step of the way. Communication was outstanding, and any questions or concerns I had were addressed quickly and professionally. What really stood out was their commitment to customer satisfaction. If an issue comes up, they'll do everything they can to make it right. They're honest, reasonable, and never make you feel pressured. They even stayed after hours to make sure everything was completed and that I drove away in the vehicle I wanted. It's hard to find a dealer that genuinely cares about their customers, but this one definitely does. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth, stress-free car-buying experience. Exceptional service from start to finish!
Great place to buy a car from. Great price easy paperwork. Mr. Gibson explains where it’s easy to understand great man to work with. Wife and I really enjoy our 2016 Acura MDX we purchased.
For a one man show, Mr. Gibson did a great job when we were interacting with him. He made our time getting a car even more of a lovely experience! Would definitely recommend to those looking for affordable used cars.
I had an amazing experience buying my first car with Mr. Gibson! He was so kind and patient with the cars I wanted to look at and made the process smooth and enjoyable. He took time to discuss music with my grandpa and explain transparently about any issues the car might run into. I am loving my new Honda!! If I ever want or need a new car I will definitely be shopping here again! :)
