This was definitely a great experience. I live about 2.5 hour away, so I started by phone. Told Mr. Sims what was going on and he made the experience a breeze. He made sure I did not leave until I was satisfied. The whole staff is very helpful, professional, and make you feel as comfortable as possible. I had been looking for about 3 weeks and so happen to check him out and it was the best decision!!! If you are looking for a vehicle this is the place to go!!!
Told us we were approved so we waited all weekend for Monday to go pick out a car than he stopped responding he suddenly ghosted us. Yet told us don’t worry your approved everything’s good to go just gotta find a cheaper vehicle he never even put any time or effort into us. Absolutely disappointing!
